“travelling ladies”

The hotel is older, but clean. The indoor pool was not heated so it was too cold to swim in it (unless you were a child:)) Most of the staff were nice. Our room was a nice size and clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful as far as seeing the dolphins migrate. It was well worth the money we paid.

“Amazing Continental Breakfast & Beds”

We only needed a place to crash for the night after attending a friends wedding at the beach. We got in late that evening and was greeted with an excellent mattress. The continental breakfast was great that it lasted until 930AM and even on a Sunday morning their staff was always quick to refill everything so it was full and fresh. Great selection too. I'm used to staying somewhere that offers you old muffins and boxed cereal but they gave you fresh eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. I wish the weather had been better because the walk to the beach was a breeze. Will certainly stay here again!

“Nice King Suite”

We stayed in a king suite for three nights and really enjoyed it. We have a two-year old who slept in a pack-n-play in the living room of the suite and it worked great. We specifically wanted a door between the bedroom and the living area of the suite, and the king suite had that, which was great. Service was very nice, and the beach was great.

“No restaurant”

One of the reasons I went with this hotel was because in the Expedia description it stated there was a bar and restaurant on site. There was neither. Upon check in and arrival in our room there was a dirty towel still hanging on the bathroom door. The hotel is in a great location on the boardwalk, just dissapointed that there was not restaurant or room service.

“Everything I dreamed of!”

This hotel had everything I wanted: oceanfront view with balcony and chairs to enjoy it, complimentary breakfast buffet with great selection, and free parking. I couldn't have been happier. The location is great, the staff was very pleasant, the hotel is clean and appealing. For a great family hotel, I highly recommend this! This hotel was definitely a bargain and far exceeded my expectations.

“We would definitely stay here again!”

The only negative thing I could possibly say about this hotel was that some of the front desk staff did not seem to know the area very well because they gave us inaccurate directions one time. One staff member was kind enough to print some directions from the internet for us another time. Everything else about the hotel was great... location and view, ammenities, cleanliness and maid service, free breakfast...were all great. One night we did have to park in a parking lot that was one block away, but it was a short block and we did NOT find it to be an inconvenience. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

“Va Beach Wedding”

The hotel was incredible even at the normal rate. Expedia made better. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. During our stay we had some trouble with our convertible top and the staff allowed us to park in front under the cover of the hotel while waiting to have our car repaired. We will definitely be back.

“Will return”

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel the only thing that could be better is the hallways always had a maids cart sitting in the way and no one using it. Plus adding a microwave in the rooms would be nice

“Parking Problem”

There was not enough parking available. I reserved a room for double occupancy. When we got to the hotel we hade 2 cars because my friend drove also. We were both staying at the hotel. I was told they only could give us 1 parking pass because the hotel was full. They recommended a public parking lot 4 blocks away. It was bad enough that it was 4 blocks away, but it also cost us $20.00 for every 12 hours we parked 1 car there. The rate renewed at 5 am . If I had known this I would have stayed at another hotel. Parking for the 2 night stay ran $60.00. We could have had a nicer hotel if we had included that money for the hotel rate.
