“Very comfortable”

We enjoyed our stay -- if we are ever in the area again, we will stay here.

“small room”

The room was small, with barely walking space between the beds and desk; two adults and one infant were very crowded in this space. On the first evening the toilet stopped working; the front desk clerk took an hour to inform me that no one was available to fix the problem, but that he could put us in another room. We moved all our belongings to another room, which was as cramped as the first. On the morning we were checking out the toilet broke again, meaning I had to lift the lid and flush the toilet manually. I also wasn't especially impressed with the stale bagels and canned fruit that was available for breakfast.

“Norfolk”

This Hampiton was a little below the quality I expected from the chain.

“Nice hotel - below average breakfast”

The hotel is not set up to accomodate the number of folks who take part in the "free" continental breakfast. No place to sit, food not replenished. Had to go have breakfast outside the hotel. If they say breakfast is included in the hotel price, then if they don't have places for their customers to sit or any food, then we should receive a credit on final checkout.
