For some reason i got the handicapped room, and was so tired I didn't ask to change. So had a weird shower, short small sink, no furniture. On a good note lots of room. The bed and bedding was very comfortable.

The small living room with pull out bed that was separate from the bedroom was a hit with my littles. Very spacious, clean a home away from home.

They fell off big time!!!
The WiFi didn’t work, the housekeeping were rude and disrespectful, I didn’t have towels, ice buckets, soap, etc. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the rooms weren’t completely clean.

We have visited this location a few times a year for the past 3 years. We normally never have an issue. However, we tried to stay this past weekend. I flipped on the light and a cockroach the size of a quarter came barreling out from under the desk. We killed it. Their wifi was down and no tv as well. We went to the front desk to let them know about the cockroach and that we were going to be leaving. The woman at the front desk was kind and told us we had to call the manager in the morning to get a refund. So we left and called to speak to the manager the next morning. The manager wasn’t in and we were assured we would hear back from her the next day. Still nothing….

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The doors were hard to open, the room set up was nice but strange. The outside area is near a trucker stop and it feels like it if that says enough.

We liked everything about the property, we always find comfort inns to be clean and comfortable. Today we left at 4 am and our oldest son went down to get us coffee, it hadnt been put out yet, but by the time he came upstairs and we gathered our stuff, the night clerk had hot fresh pots of coffee ready for us. It saved us a stop on our already long road trip. She was a blessing.

They were so kind and accommodating. They didn't have a shuttle available, so they told me they would pay my taxi fee. I didn't ask for that, they just offered. Everyone was great and the room was clean.

Pool was closed for no reason, was closed on the weekend then opened Monday when it was slow. The carpet in room 512 was terrible it smelled like if it was never washed.

Multiple carpet stains, a bathtub stain, and dirt in the microwave. There were more stains than I have ever seen in any hotel. I brought it up to the overnight concierge (she was rude upon our initial encounter)and she said that they were under new management and that there were no other rooms available. The stairway was dirty as well. I would never stay there again. Believe all of the bad reviews.

Older, very run down. Our room smelled terrible, musty, mildew, just awful. The staff was ok, but, when I told them about it, she was not too concerned to rectify the issue. I ended up asking them for something to spray, which only masked the oder. If you order take out, there is no place to sit together to eat. We had a large group, family and kids, we were sitting in the room where they serve breakfast, but were told it was closed and we had to leave. The front desk attendant told me the only place to go would be to our room. What?! We asked about opening the conference room, $ 600 charge to use it! What?! The explanation they gave was “this hotel is just too small to gather, you can go to your room”. At check in, we were told the pool was closed for cleaning but would be opening around 6:30 pm, it never opened! No outdoor seating area either. Thank goodness it was just a quick overnight stay, would absolutely never stay there again!

The front desk staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the room we were given was not the room I reserved and paid ahead for. I was given a room with 2 double beds, but I booked and paid for 2 queen beds and a double sofa. The halls smelled of marijuana, the pool was closed, and in the room the ceiling had what appeared to be black mold.

Front desk reception was atrocious. I was yelled at because I was upset that I was told when I called and talked to a man that there is shuttle service from the airport. I was told there are no men that work here it had to be reservations and they make that mistake all the time. In the morning I was told that there is shuttle service from the airport if there is 2 staff. There was! When I didn’t instantly sign for the room charge she told me to hurry up it will time out. Rooms okay. Clean but very dated and broken items. Tv remote wouldn’t control volume or mute. NEVER AGAIN
