We had an excellent stay here. They were about to remodel but it didn't affect our stay at all. The complimentary breakfast was superb (better than getting breakfast at a restaurant) and the cook they have went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great property for our overnight stop from Fl to NJ. Room was clean, functional, and quiet. Check in was very good and the service and courtesy displayed by Rob H at the desk was so welcoming! We checked in around 2AM due to unexpected traffic, and knowing this, Rob offered our family free waters and snacks! Breakfast was great and more than your typical continental versions. Housekeeping was extremely polite as well. Overall a great stay!!!

This property was okay. I think they could have done a better job with lighting in the lobby. A little too dark for me. The staff and pleasant and friendly. The room was clean but our TV did not work on the first night and I called and it was fixed. Close to dining and overall I would stay again

I've stayed at this property several times a year for years now - but this is my first visit since COVID started - so it's been at least 4 years since my last stay. The decline in quality was noticeable. The cooked items on the breakfast buffet were not nearly as nice as I remember (those uniformly round yellow disks that you are calling 'scrambled eggs' - please don't serve those - they are awful). Paper plates and plastic forks/knives/spoons. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Housekeeping isn't what it used to be - one day they visited and all they did was empty the trash. One of the two TV remotes in the room didn't work, thermostat on wall showed 'REPLACE BATTERIES' that maintenance apparently ignores. Coffee maker in the room made brown water that tasted nothing like coffee. On my last night there was a loud party in the room across the hall that disturbed my peace and quiet. The computer in the lobby that I usually use to print my boarding pass was broken and the front desk couldn't do anything about it. Couch cushions in the breakfast area have noticeable wear and should be replaced. Frayed carpet in the hallways. Piles of towels under communal ice maker to sop up water leaks. There were black stains on the walls around the air vents in my room.

On behalf of the hotel, I would like to apologize that your stay was not enjoyable. We are working to resolve many of the issues that affected your stay which includes upcoming renovations. With regards to the accessibility of shampoo and body wash, there was bar soap available at the front desk and had front desk been made aware of the thermostat issue, someone we have gladly assisted in replacing the batteries. If you are a Bonvoy rewards member, I will be happy to added points to Marriott Bonvoy account as compensation for your unpleasant stay.

I was told that our reservation was canceled by the staff, also we get to uir room and the bed skirts were heavily stained as well as the pillow cases. We made a nother attempt to find another hotel and no luck. When we were leaving that next day I understood why our room was not properly cleaned. The house keeper was sitting listening to his music. So, we were not happy at all and there was no reason to complain to the staff because they were all from different properties and were very confused. And it showed with the poor service we received.

Ehhh…
We reserved a 4 night stay and it was conveniently located for our needs. The staff was friendly and courteous to not bother us when our sign was on the doorknob, which was the whole time. We asked for towels as needed. The 3rd floor reeked of pot, I didn’t say anything since I didn’t think they could do anything about it. The coffee was good in the morning but the eggs and sausage were AWFUL! The eggs come in a bag frozen. (We and another couple) asked because of the strange texture, taste and the visible difference. I highly doubt the owners of this hotel would eat them so why try to feed them to the people who stay there. The elevator broke 1/2 way through our 4 day stay and it definitely made it inconvenient since we were on the 3rd floor. We asked for help at checkout time to carry our stuff down to the lobby. They had no problem with our request. I’d like to say I felt safe but never found out why the police were there the first night walking through the halls and all around the premises of the building.

Uggghh! Filthy.
The first rooms smelled like pure smoke! Dirty dingy furniture. Moved us to another room on a upper level and the bed was decent the floor was filthy and the couch should not be touched… it was horrible. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and i was throughly disappointed in this experience.
This was the sight beside the toilet… ughh!!
Trash wasn’t even taken out of room!
Hair in the tub and just not clean. Who’s is checking behind the cleaners???

The property next door does not have a fence blocking their yard. This was quite an eye sore during the day when it’s light outside and you can see. People are on vacation and do not want to look at that right next to where we park our cars

I booked 3 rooms this week. My family was excited to swim and a pool is typically a reason I choose one hotel over another. The front desk attendant walked down to the pool with us because the pool lock was not working. There were spots (mold?) floating all over the surface of the water and none of the 7 in my party would get in it. No one else was there either. The attendant did not look surprised at this condition or say, "Sorry" or "That's weird" or anything so I don't know what is normal there. After this I was skeptical about eating breakfast here and if things would be sanitary and well prepared. My sister opened a milk carton and it came out in chunks on her cereal so she lost her appetite for anything else. The rooms overall were good other than some strong smells, maybe cleaning solution? It was hard for my mom to sleep because the smell was so strong and her neighbors yelled and argued all night. Labor Day 2023
