Well, I'm not sure where to begin. First, the room was not soundproof; there was constant noise from outside, whether it was from the plumbing work being done in the hotel or the nearby room doors sound. I literally heard each word from next door couple fighting. The room was spacious, but the furnishings was extremely old and cheap. The tea kettle looked so cheap that you could buy it from Asda for £10, and the television was 14 inches which was too small. There wasn’t any full size mirror in the room. We spent £130 each night for three days and I personally believe it was overpriced given the facilities. Also, one night at midnight, the night manager came into my room when we were sleeping as per them he thought the room was empty and came for some plumbering work. I couldn't sleep the entire night because of this. And plummeting reminded me that on our first day, the shower was broken, but they fixed it when we reported. The next night manager arrived in our room at approximately midnight And on the third day, while we were at the restaurant, my boyfriend specifically requested that there be no cheese in his burger, but they still added cheese, and when he asked to alter it, they didn't even acknowledge whether they would get another burger or not. After 20 mins one of the staff came and said we are making new burger for you if you want. I mean what kind of service this was.
