“Expedia not getting what I was qouted”

There wasn't anything wrong with the motel but you booked me king non-smoking room . When I got there it was a smoking room. I couldn't stay in the room. They didn't have any other rooms. So I had to go to another motel. Which endied up costing me more. This is the second time I used your service that this has happened. I'm a very unsatisfied customer.

“Could be better”

Room had an odor of cat pee. Bed seemed hard. Coffee ran out half way through the continental breakfast and other edibles were in short supply. Someone was frying food in an electric skillet by the back door (outside). The restaurant in front of the hotel has been closed. The area seems to be going down hill.

“Need newer beds!”

The beds seemed a bit outdated and very uncomfortable.

“not impressed”

My first impression of the room was not good. The curtains on the window were hanging off the hooks. I reattached them. My night was spent trying to smooth the bottom sheet. It appeared to be a full-sized flat sheet on a queen-sized bed. It would not tuck under the mattress and kept balling up under me. Doesn't make for a peaceful night's sleep.

“Great for the Price”

Excellent accomadations for a short stay. Even offered Free delicious breakfast in their breakfast room adjacent to the lobby- a welcome surprise amenity for the price!
