“Ideally situated for a short break at a reasonable cost”

Although situated off a roundabout, there is easy access to all roads, and to shopping areas etc. Quiet apart from some road traffic, although we did have the windows wide open at all times because of the heat. Comfortable bed and everything we required in the room. We did not use the hotel restaurant and there are various food outlets very close, within a couple of minutes by car.The town of Kings Lynn is only minutes away by car. We would use this hotel again if we were in the area.

“Would stay again”

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would happily stay here again.

Area recommendations
Sandringham - lovely grounds and interesting seeing the royal residence. Good value for money.

“Clean and comfortable. Will stay again.”

We chose this property as we prefer the roadside motel style. The location is a little isolated but only a short drive in to town (where parking is quite easy). Our room was on the smaller side and the decor a little dated but proved to be very comfortable. If you decide to spend an evening in your room it is certainly no hardship as the amenities are good and include an excellent flat screen tv. Both our room and the hotel as a whole were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. There were some minor wear and maintenance issues but overall the place had a cared for feel. The staff were very smart and professional and would not have been out of place in much higher rated hotel.

Area recommendations
The town centre in the area near the river quayside has some beautiful old buildings and is nice for strolling around. Checkout what is on at the Corn Exchange as this is a nice venue for concerts, shows, etc.
Traveller's tip
The hotel breakfast is good but expensive. For a much cheaper fill up to start your day try the cafe at the 24 hour Tesco store a 2 minutes drive away along the road in to town.

“Lovely Hotel would go back there again.”

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, although they did seem a little under staffed in the bar in the evenings. Restaurant food was very nice and very well presented.
