“not impressed”

Half dead flowers at reception was not a good start. Staff were polite but not helpful. Hotel was shabby- would have taken very littel to have brightened it up! Rooms adequate but TV tiny a(couldnt see from the bed!) and no remote bathroom very tired and shower not very effective. Will definately give Oxford Hotel chain a miss- have been to one before and it was considerably worse- would not have booked if I had know this was the chain

“Enjoyable trip to Norfolk”

Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice dinner in hotel restuarant. First morning we had continental breakfast in the room. Fantastic, really fresh and delicious pastries. Breakfast in the dining room the following morning, great choice of cooked and continental. Weather not so great so took advantage of great facilities on site. Enjoyed the table tennis and great indoor pool.

“Underwhelmed”

room was disappointing. Stayed on a weekend, the hotel /pub was quite noisy due to various wedding parties and christenings. Breakfast was basic and not very appetizing!
