Wonderful hotel
Lovely 1 night stay, the hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly and relaxing, really enjoyed my stay, food was good from the onsite restaurant and breakfast was delicious, one of the best hotels in Great Yarmouth and will definitely use again, well done 👍

All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, with a sea view and a comfortable bed. We had dinner in the dining room which was exceptionally well appointed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Everything was cooked to order and arrived hot. I would thoroughly recommend the full rack of ribs - it was the best I have tasted! There are plenty of options for breakfast, again everything was well cooked and served hot. I would definitely go back if we were in the area again.

Staff were excellent and very helpful throughout the stay. Property was clean and beds were very comfortable. Only problem: my wife and I shared a room with two very comfortable beds, however only one chair.

Great hotel, excellent value for money
Very nice hotel, great location, opposite beach. Staff welcoming on arrival, room and bathroom modern and clean. Breakfast very good, 10:30am checkout and on site parking a bonus.

This hotel isn’t the smartest looking on the block, but I cannot fault the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast which I would give both a 10 out of 10. There is a car park at the back of the hotel, but the driveway to it is very narrow, not for the faint hearted. When you get round the back, there’s not much space to manoeuvre either, but we did manage to get a space as parking during the day is quite expensive. the decor in the front bar and hallway is good, but the bedroom was a little bit tired and could do with decorating and the ensuite updating. But for the price we paid, it was perfect.

Excellent hotel, great location, very nice and clean room. Very kind staff and nice breakfast, the biggest benefit is a free car parking. We could live our car even after check out. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful view over sea with long promenade to walk along. If you wanted the pier and attractions then 10 minute walk Great staff and bar area Breakfast a little disappointing -service to table - lovely waitress. A niggle - the toast was served cold… Would recommend

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and an excellent high quality breakfast. Room was perfect for us, spacious with a lovely sea view and spotlessly clean. Bathroom could do with modernising but it’s a minor thing as everything else was great. 5 min walk to attractions in town and less than 2 mins to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay here. Everyone was so warm and friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and jovial, everything was very clean and well kept and the food was really good. We loved our breakfast. The bathroom in the room was rather dated, but again, it was clean and the rest of the room was modern and beautiful. The location across from the venetian waterways and the beach is perfect! Thanks to the team for giving us a lovely night away.
