“A great stay”

Great welcome, staff are always willing to go the extra mile. This was our second stay and we are looking forward to the next one.

“Super staff”

A very pleasant stay largely thanks to the oustanding staff. When we got to our room we found it had not been cleaned, but the reception staff very quickly found us an upgrade. Similarly, the restaurant staff were very helpful when we asked to change table to avoid a particularly noisy party of golfers. Breakfast was excellent.

“Great Service!”

We had a lovely stay at Dunston Hall. The service was fantastic and the communal areas of the hotel were lovely. The Swimming pool was a real asset. I was not so impressed with the condition of our room. It was very clean, but very tired too. It could have really done with redecorating and a King sized bed wouldn't go amiss!
