“Very Comfortable”

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years,and the standard was always very good. We went for the weekend this time,and again were not disappointed. We stayed in the annexe,bed very comfortable and the room extremely well appointed(ironing board,trouser press,coffee & tea making facilities).Only comment would be that the shower was to the right of the door with only the glass door to conceal it. It is a 10 minute walk to the city,so very convenient and no traffic noise. Would certainly stay here again when visiting Norwich.

“Lovely building”

Service is ok. Hotel is ok. A little far from the rail station, but very close to the bus station. I have stayed here several times, and all occassions have been fine. No problems
