“Improved dining and good value”

We have used this hotel a few times before - mainly for its convenient location - and have found it fine. We were impressed this time by the smart new restaurant, where we dined well (to be fair the hotel was far from full, so not under pressure) in very pleasant surroundings, with excellent service. Now its time for Campanile to pay the same attention to the rooms, which haven't changed much, it seems, for years. We will certainly use this hotel again.

“Slipping standards”

Hotel is becoming expensive for what it offers and looks tired. Breakfast not at the standard of earlier visits.

“Good quality in convenient location”

We found this hotel very convenient for the overnight stays before using the ferry. It is clean and good quality for the price. In fact, we have used it twice and pan to use it in future when travelling to and from the UK. Service in the restaurant a bit slow, breakfast buffet adequate.

“Clean, warm & comfortable”

Budget hotel, but all you would want for a family room. Very clean, comfortable bedding and warm! Tea/coffee facilities in room but staff on duty at check in unwilling to provide two beers from the bar for some reason. Booking for 4, but only 2 towels and three pillows, also room not set up with fourth bed in place. All provided when asked for and fourth bed was made up, but had to set up ourselves. However, would have been nice not to have to deal with this after a long journey up from Austria that day! Think we were just unlucky with slightly surly receptionist that night. Brilliant location for stopover prior to early ferry next day and very comfortable. Would use again.

“Great stop over hotel for 1 night dunkerque”

Recomended, we arrived at 2 am the security guy welcomed us and gave us our room keys with no fuss etc. Clean, Tidy, just what we needed after a 5 hour journey, Simple and Easy, clean room. recommended. Ideal location just 20 miles from the Tunnel.

Restaurant mal tenu : lenteur du service à cause du personnel insuffisant (une seule personne en cuisine, une seule serveuse en salle aidée par la réceptionniste de l'hôtel); buffet non réapprovisionné. Mauvais état général de l'hôtel : Peintures murales défraichies et moquette usée et tachée.

“une nuit trés agréable.”

l'hotel campanil de loon plage est de grande qualité. nous avons pu y séjourner une nuit dans un confort trés appréciable, en couple avec 2 enfants dans la meme chambre. tout le confort que nous recherchions, nous l'avons trouvé dans cette hotel. le tout pour un prix plutot raisonnable.
