We appreciated the fact that the 'manager?' was helpful and understanding about my husband's need for a recliner (I had called ahead), because of his restless legs and sleep apnea. Since it could not be promised there would be a recliner in our room, our own small recliner could be used. We brought it, it fit into the space and he was able to get some sleep while we were there. And the bed was very comfortable for me.
Besides that, we needed to have an early check in, in order to dress for the event we came to town for. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but within several minutes, our room was ready and we were able to get to our event in time. We appreciated everything they did to accommodate our requests. There were many other things going on in that area that weekend and the hotel was FULL so I am sure everyone was working extra hard.
