The room was very messy when we arrived food was all over the room, Our bedding was dirty and when i asked the staff if they could clean the room they accused our child of messing it up and said they did clean it before we got there. They only changed some of the bedding.

The hot tub and sauna didn’t work. The pool was dark and a bit sketchy. There were fake flower petals under the beed, so clearly the room had not been vacuumed well. The toilet didn’t flush well and eventually stopped working. Breakfast bar pictured on the internet showed waffle maker, instead there were toaster waffles. The juice machine was broken. There were a few slices of bread and bagles offered. To top it off, our keys stopped working midstay and we had to wait around in the hallway while someone answered the bell at the front desk. This place needs an overhaul! The staff was kind. I blame the management/ownership.

Terrible experience. Will never stay here again. Hot tub was broken, rude staff, mold in the shower, our room entry door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. Smelled bad. Never again!

Not a happy person
First off the front office lady seemed crabby she surely wasn't a welcoming type of person .. the breakfast wasn't a breakfast at all the juice tasted nasty and the juice machine was broken just like the sauna and hot tub .. the beds where very uncomfortable and the fridge had black mold in it disgusting.. would expect anyone to stay there unless they was a truck drive needing rest..

The property was close to the event we were going to & in quiet neighborhood. Our TV was not working on & off. The breakfast area needed to be cleaned after bus if kids left.

There wasn’t much to like. Breakfast was days old bagels and boxed sweet rolls with cold cereal. The towels had someone else’s makeup on them. When we asked for extra blankets in December in Minnesota, we were told they had all been stolen. We ended up bringing one from our daughters. We didn’t use the pool, but from the other reviews it sounds like it’s a good thing we didn’t. I would not stay there again.

I chose this place for the affordability, and location, due to a wrestling tournament, but was very surprised with the pleasantry i received at the desk, the bed was very comfortable, room was clean, for me, i give it 2 thumbs up, and would come back.

Be advised there is a 35 dollar fee for pets. This is a rip off in my mind. My dog is very well behaved, doesn't use the bed, shower or anything else in the room. He doesn't shed or track in as much dirt as your average kid. The "breakfast" was one of the worst I've seen. We went to the coffee shop down the street.

There were thousands of ladybugs in our room, TV was broke, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom! Place smells horrible. Would never ever recommend this place, EVER!! And says they have a free breakfast, wouldn’t think of eating it!

the price was right, and this was a last minute booking. My only two heads up I would point out the toilet barely flushed and the bed was unnaturally soft to the point where it felt like I got swallowed.

Once I had the correct property (my fault) it was an easy painless check-in. Very quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that another visitor said they had waffles which I was looking forward to and they didn't have any that morning. No big deal, the bagels and cream cheese was fine.

After check in they told us the hot tub and sauna didn’t work. Place smelled like mold and India smell. The toilet rocked back a half inch and hit the wall. Went to get ice after pushing buttons for 15 minutes, bucket filled but ice had dirt chunks in it. The breakfast was a bowl of cereal (stale). This place was a half step closer to a Canadian wilderness fishing trip stay. Would never recommend. We were highly disappointed. False advertising on their website.

The room is average but decent. You have to ask for refrigerator but do have a microwave and safe. The shower hot water is limited and luke warm even after 5 minutes. The facility manager did try to work with you if the request is available.

Do not expect much from this property. The motel is not well maintained at all. the upkeep that has been done, was done very poorly. Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Towels are very old and have worn spots. The breakfast buffet is horrible, the eggs and sausage were in "warmers" but they were not warm at all. No microwave to warm them up, if you don't want to eat cold. Staff was ok. No smile, no friendly attitude.

The toilet seat was stained, not dirty but stained , which looked disgusting. The duvet was stained and the person making the bed should have clearly noticed it, which tells me they don’t really care. Let’s hope we had clean sheets but i honestly don’t know and can’t think about it.
