If you're not from Japan, forget it Posted 25-Dec-2014
Checking in was horrible. The overall idea first looks nice. The hostess ( in kimono ) first starts explaining what is what. SHE can speak almost NO English and my Japanese is very limited and she knows it. Nevertheless she whips through her spiel knowing full well we can't follow her. (SHE just wants to get it over with and not very politely either, but knowing we were foreign she could care less) if we were Japanese I'm sure she would have been a whole lot more polite. Dinner. ..the spread looks WOW but when you taste the sashimi, sushi, shrimp tempura, & meats it's LOW budget and tastes really bland. The desserts were good. Facilities including room were clean and comfortable. But for the price, you could get a lot more elsewhere. This place has the name, but I'll bet very few returning guests (including Japanese)

Thank you stay at the hotel. It offers a guidance paper in English. Use the guidance paper, it should have been a clear explanation to you. We will continue to work towards a good service. Thanks you.
