Overall a very nice place to stay. I visited to use the hotel only, since this was a business trip, but the feel of the public areas were very relaxed and laid back due to the property being a spa. I only have three slight reservations, but would certainly use this hotel again. Firstly, no heating in the bathroom means that it is cold in the mornings although i appreciate it is impossible to do anything about that now. Also, in the gym, which has a very good selection of equipment, there is no provision for water or towels. I think that this is quite strange for a venue which proposes health and fitness. Water provision in the gym is essential in my view. Finally, wifi in the bedrooms (mine at least) suffers from constant drop out of signal, and I'm sure this could be improved. But, despite these minor things, I will return.

So relaxing
I felt completely relaxed after just one night at this hotel related stay in the spa. My room was very comfortable, well equipped and quiet. I particularly liked that this hotels allows you to use the excellent spa and thermal bath facilities for the entire day following check out. They have a very simple procedure in place to facilitate this. The spa facilities are brilliant and I had some lovely food in two of the three restaurants in the complex. Breakfast was very nice too.

Always very worth a stop. I love the spa. The only downside was the very restricted free wifi with no possibility to a payed upgrade. So at the moment forget Skype or FaceTime or iMessage. For a resort which wants to win the world travel award this is a joke - the world is changing rapidly. If a hotel tries to disconnect you, you will go elsewhere next time. I hope they will read this and rethink their policy in this regard.

Hotel room is good sized and has big screen tv. The toilet/bathroom is smallish but clean. There is a gym at the hotel but although the room is big, the equipment are not in the best condition, basic training is still possible. The main thing is the spa area: The hotel has an outdoor thermal pool and a separate sauna section where there is an indoor pool and various saunas and steam rooms. When reserving your hotel stay via hotels.com, double check that spa access is included; apparently this is not always the case. I had a small "dinner" at brasserie Bubbles next to the spa, most people where just having wine or coffee there. There is also a fancy restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is good, I especially enjoyed the various fruit juices.

I was staying here on a weekday business trip when most of the guests seemed to be pensioners on a short spa holiday. When entering the hotel it was funny to see all those people wearing just bathrobes and slippers at the reception area. Hotel room was comfortable and decent size. Free wireless network is a plus. Hotel guests have a free access to the gym and spa which is very nice. Gym is nothing special but the spa section has both indoors and outdoors pools and several saunas. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh made fruit juices.

Second sejour dans ce lieu dédié au bien-être : les installations ont ete développées davantage de saunas, trois piscines, deux hammams... Un personnel très souriant, sympathique, accueillant et attentionné faisant des efforts pour nous comprendre en depit du barrage de la langue.

Das einzig negative sind derzeitige Bau-und Renovierungsarbeiten im Gebäude und der Anlage, wo eine weitere Saunalandschaft entsteht…diese soll Ende November fertig sein und dann freue ich mich schon sehr auf einen weiteren Besuch des Rhermenbades 😁😁

Absolut Empfehlenswert
Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende. Alle Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren schön und geräumig und man könnte noch schön auf der Terasse/dem Balkon sitzen. Es gab in der Lobby den ganzen Tag Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Auch in den drei Restaurants sollte für jeden was zu finden sein, wobei einem klar sein muss, dass es dort nicht wirklich etwas für den kleinen Geldbeutel gibt. Das Frühstück war top und ich habe mich sehr gefreut, dass es neben den üblichen "Rührei mit Speck" auch noch eine täglich wechslende vegetarische Kleinigkeit gab. Wir waren abends traurig darüber, dass die Hotelbar so früh zu macht, aber es ist ja nunmal auch ein Wellness Resort. Alles in allem war es ein tolles Wochenende und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort hinfahren!

Seit Jahren immer wieder gern
Ich komme schon seit Jahren in dieses Hotel, und immer wieder gern. Das Personal ist großartig, das angeschlossene Wellnesszentrum ist jeden Euro wert, und das Frühstück ist eine Wucht. Auch der Renovierungszustand ist immer gut gewesen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Lage, aber der Umweg lohnt sich.

Super hotel voor een weekendje ontspanning.
Samen met mijn dochter, heb ik een zeer ontspannen relaxed weekendje gehad in Bad Nieuwe Schans. Mede door het aardige personeel, de schone slaapkamer en het comfortabele bed en het fantastische diner. Ook hadden wij een duo massage, dat heel prettig en goed was. Daarna in het Thermaalbad weer ontspannen. Nee heerlijk was het allemaal. Alleen is het een héél eind rijden voor ons en we hadden erg slecht weer zowel heen als op de terugreis met veel regen en windstoten, dat je zo nu en dan de weg niet eens zag, maar dat had niets met het fijne verblijf te maken.

Gediegenes Thermalresort zum Entspannen
Kurz und knapp: es war perfekt. Wir konnten Kraft der frühen Anreise früher ins Zimmer. Die Therme selbst ebenso wie der Saunabereich sind jetzt schon klasse (werden aber noch erweitert - nächster Aufenthalt nach der Erweiterung ist schon in Planung), der Service im Hotel ebenso. Man kann in allen Sprachen mit dem Personal reden und bekommt immer freundlich und kompetent die benötigte Antwort. Einziger kleiner Lapsus ist die tatsache, das manche Sachen extra bezahlt werden müssen. So wäre ein Trinkbrunnen im Saunabereich eine sinnvolle Ergänzung ebenso wie eine kurze gedruckte Rechnung nach dem Dinner, damit man nicht am Abreisetag geschockt wird (90€ für zwei Abendessen waren ungewohnt). Ansonsten ist, wie schon gesagt, der nächste Aufenthalt in Planung, wenn die Erweiterungen erfolgt sind.

boven aan mijn lijstje staat dat het personeel, ALLERLIEFST is. De één voor de ander is aardig en voorkomend. Alles is prima geregeld, het klopt allemaal. Wij gaan beslist weer eens hier naar toe. Het is wel een eind uit buurt, maar 200 km moet te doen zijn.

Servicen var kanon .Det var rent och fint . Bra poolområde . Riktigt bra frukost . Det enda som man kan ha en åsikt om är oljud från gräsklippare och banarbetare på golfbanan vid frukosttid samt saknaden av ac på rummet .
