The rooms are a bit small but the balcony is great. Get the room with the sea side view it’s totally worth it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay again.

Ok for a short economical visit
This hotel was very dated and our room was not very clean, with mould in several places our bed was so close to the sliding door that you had to crawl over the bed to get out, the sliding door handle was a hazard as if you got up in the night you could catch your arm on it. The television was directly above a chair and if you got up there was a chance you could catch your head on a corner of it. The breakfast area was very cramped. The picture of the view from the hotel was misleading. Our room was looking out onto the car park and the dustbins. The balcony was very cramped also. We did say it was a special occasion 50th Wedding Anniversary but was given their worst room. There was one bar Wi-Fi and no bedside light to read. There was continuous noise from upstairs and we were on their only floor! It is a long way from central Nice. The staff on duty were very polite and tried their best. When the Manager came in the morning we asked to cancel the rest or our 9 night stay but had to cancel with Hotel.com which they did but cost us £50 in phone calls. The hotel is ok for one maybe two nights if you want to be near the airport but other than that we would not recommend it. The photographs do not give an accurate view of this hotel.

Hello, First of all thank you for taking the time to write a comment. We are very sorry your stay at our hotel did not reach your expectations. Indeed, our double standard rooms (the category you chose to reserve on hotel.com) leads to the courtyard, as it is explained in the description of the room. For another view, It was possible to reserve a Superior leading to the Horse racetrack, or a privilege or Junior Suite for a sea view. The center of Nice is 20min away by car from the hotel, or 17min ride from the Cagnes sur Mer train station (which is 10min away from the hotel by walk).Due to a recent take over of the establishment, we are planning of uploading most recent and better quality pictures.Best,

An absolutely wonderful little boutique hotel in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer ! A short walk to shops, restaurants, cafés, the rocky beaches, and the train station. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Maybe I just don't understand French toilets or plumbing, and it's weird to say, but the toilet was the only thing that was not great.

We loved staying at Tierce, it was super easy getting around (provided you have a car), everything was relaxed and the beach was directly across the road. The room had a nice view of the ocean. There were lots of nice restaurants about 1km down the street or a couple of places directly on the block. If you want a great breakfast you should go to Maison Craime which is worth the walk. Special mention to Vivian who was super cool and easy the whole time, he deserves a pay rise.

It was right across the street from a beach (rocky beach). Staff was very nice. Strange smell in room when we returned at night which must have been coming thru AC (which worked great) because it went away during the night. Great View and balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. Quick Uber or drive to airport or to Nice.

This property is most like it’s photos of any out there. Literally across the boulevard from the beach! Amazing breakfast. Clean, spacious, easy with 24 je reception and very responsive helpful staff. Wish we had found it earlier and stayed all 3 nights.

Cyclists best.
This hotel is a traveller‘s dream. Especially for cyclists. Easy to find. On the beach. Wonderfully welcoming staff. Modern clean spacious apartments with good balconies. However a clunky wifi interface…This hotel is my favourite over seven weeks of cycling Europe.

A feeling of home.
The room was very spacious including a big bedroom, separated bathroom and separated toilet, a small entrance hall and a balcony facing the beach. The location was great, on the beach, with great accessibility to events in NIce.

Nice little hotel
Small hotel located across the street from the beach. We had a family room, it was small and pretty basic, but most importantly it was clean. The staff was nice and courteous. We really enjoyed the location, as it was near a lot of restaurants, cafes, and the beach.

The staff is amazingly nice, accommodating and helpful! As for the location for being our first time we didn’t know. I would have chosen a place in Cannes or Menton instead. A little outdated and small but honestly a great fit for not picky people and just want a place to sleep as you do your day travels!

Our trip to nice was a bad experience we tried to catch the public bus to Saint Paul de Vence twice the bus drove past the bus stop without stopping we wasted 2 hours Then the last night need to pick up vehicle from airport what a nightmare train stopped no where near airport went to terminal one and then needed a bus terminal 2

A pleasant and good-value holiday!
We stayed for 7 nights and found the hotel to be very conveniently placed. We had a lovely welcome from Arnaud and he and the rest of the team were very helpful throughout our stay. The beach is just over the road and Arnaud kindly loaned us a parasol for when the sun was too hot. There are a number of good restaurants nearby - we particularly enjoyed the Lotus Flower (Vietnamese, 100 metres from hotel) and La Fourchette (a short walk along the sea front). The bus stop for the airport is right outside the hotel and takes approximately 20 minutes. Cagnes sur Mer itself is well-placed for exploring the rest of the Côte d’Azur. The 200 bus runs every 15 minutes between Cannes and Nices. The nearest stop is near the SNCF railway station which is approx 15 minutes walk from the hotel. We visited Antibes a few times where the old town is very atmospheric with lots of good restaurants. We would have gone further afield except for the fact that we had previously visited most other places in the area. All in all, a pleasant and good-value holiday!

Great location
Our room was small, clean and fresh - just what we needed after a long flight from the USA. The location is excellent, there are nice restaurants in easy walking distance and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cagnes-sur-Mer is a short drive down the coast from Nice and would be a great “home base” for a visit to the Cote d’ Azur.

Hotel is in walking distance to the beach.
All of the rooms are on the first floor and do not have much view. They offer a nice buffet breakfast for 10 euro. The town is smaller and less crowded than Nice and there is a small village Huet de Cagnes and Musee Renoir in a walking distance.

We stayed there to visit the showjumping at the Hippodrome at Cagnes Sur Mer- this hotel is an ideal location only about a 300m walk to the entrance. A small walk to the main seafront with numerous bars and restaurants. A nice, clean and friendly hotel- would recommend.

Great location, comfy beds!
We loved this hotel. The hotel is right on the beach and there are many restaurants near the hotel. We booked the standard double room and although the bedroom was a bit small, the room and bathroom were very modern and the bed very comfy. They also provide free tea and coffee and bottles of water in the bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

For the price this hotel charges we were a little disappointed. It is not luxury and breakfast was very disappointing. Plus when we booked this hotel we were told we would be charged an additional€1.60 per person per night local tax but when we checked out after one night we were charged €10 per person per night. We would not stay here again nor could we recommend it.
