“good hotel”

had a good stay good hotel, service was great. Had problems with the microwave other than that there is no problem we had.

“Inconvenient location”

Too far to walk, dark lane up to hotel (no lights), swimming pool not clean, and taxis 50euro from Nice

“Nice hotel, bad location”

The hotel itself was nice. The staff were helpful and the room was a very nice size. The only real issues I had were the price of breakfast (10 euros with so little available), and the state of the area it was in. It was surrounded by what looked like a run-down industrial estate, and you have to walk/drive up a smelly dirt road (that's hard to locate in the first place if you're on foot). I'd stay there again, but only because of how convenient it made getting to and from the places I wanted to visit there.

Traveller's tip
There's a bus stop close to the bottom of the road. If you hop on a bus heading towards Nice you'll quickly come to a shopping and dining complex. There's nowhere to eat at the hotel so you'll need to go somewhere like this for dinner. Or, order a takeaway! There are plenty of leaflets for pizza and sushi places at the front desk.

“Would stay here again”

My girlfriend and i have just returned from a 10 day stay @ Seaside park hotel. The hotel is well situated between Cannes and Nice on the main road between the 2. It's just 10km from Nice centre and there is a regular bus for just 1 euro and the train station is within easy walking distance. (Try to avoid a taxi to Nice as this cost us over 50 euros!) Hotel staff were friendly and polite and spoke good English and were able to advise on trips etc (e.g Monte Carlo St. Tropez) and there is a big collection of maps, tourist leaflets brochures etc in reception The room was comfortable and includes a kitchenette and coffee machine which we found useful. However the room was only cleaned once in our stay and not very throughly! The hotel has a great rooftop pool with panoramic views The stay was good value

“DISGUSTING!!”

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room was filthy and all the bed sheets we're ripped and looked used. We were greeted by a non english speaker and could not communicate. All the rooms were smoking even though we booked a non smoking room. The staff we're very rude, unaccomadating and unprofessional, especially the woman at reception in the morning...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We left after one horrid and sleepness night and booked into a beautiful hotel in the centre of Nice as Seaside Park Hotel was awfully vile and unhygenic. Also the location was a rough area with half knocked down buildings and it is NOWHERE near Nice (half an hour away). It is worse than a concil estate!! VILE VILE VILE!!!!!

“Unfreundliches Personal, kein Weg zu Fuss über die Bahn zum Strand”

Wir kommen um 12 Uhr am Hotel an und sollen noch bis 15 Uhr auf unser Zimmer warten. Die Lobby hat eine Arbeitspause von 12 Uhr bis 14 Uhr. Wie ist das möglich? In der Bestellung steht das Zimmer steht ab 12 Uhr zur Verfügung! Wir haben unsere Stadtrundfahrt verpasst. Das Personal war total unfreundlich zu uns. Wir haben ein Apartment mit Küche bestellt. Aber das ganze Geschirr war in einem geschlossenen Schrank und für den Schlüssel zum Schrank soll man noch 15 Euro pro Tag zahlen?!?!?! Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine große Baustelle. Und es existiert kein Weg zu Fuß zum Strand, da die Bahn entlang des Strandes fährt und kein Bahnübergang vorhanden ist. Schrecklich!

“Pour l'été”

J'ai séjourné une nuit en octobre dans cet hôtel, pour affaires sur Villeneuve Loubet. L'hôtel est propre, les chambres ( studios 4 pers avec kitchenette) trop grandes pour une personne seule, mais sans doute très appréciées par un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants petits. Déco très basique, mais sans doute correcte pour l'été, où l'on passe ses journées dehors. Triste en octobre, peu de clients, mais prix intéressant... Petit déjeuner buffet. Bon à savoir: Pas loin de la mer à vol d'oiseau, mais quartier peu agréable: zone commerciale, route nationale et voie ferrée à traverser pour se rendre aux plages. Un pied à terre près de Nice.

“monolocali spaziosi e ottima piscina”

Monolocale accogliente e spazioso, con due zone notte e una cucina completa. personale generalmente disponibile (non parlano italiano), pulizia della camera all'arrivo solo sufficiente (forse un caso). Ottimo parcheggio sotterraneo e piscina sul tetto graziosa e poco frequentata, con bellissima vista. Purtroppo sorge nei pressi di una strada statale costantemente intasata e le spiagge, seppur vicine in linea d'aria non sono raggiungibili a piedi, è quindi indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto.

Traveller's tip
nelle vicinanze sorgono una decina di centri commerciali raggiungibili anche a piedi. Nizza e Cannes distano pochi km dal residence.
