“Clean, quiet, good location but lacking character”

A decent, clean place to stay and well located; the centre of Aix is a short stroll away. If you are looking for a base from which to explore the town you could do a lot worse.

“the best advise from hotel receptionist”

Perfect central location for new town, old town, promenade, buses, tram and trains. Although it is an older hotel (I prefer quaint over ultra modern) it is well looked after and comfortable. We were lucky to meet up with the very knowledgeable Alain (night receptionist) who basically planned our out of town trip, was a font of info on buses and train times and wisely advised us on which villages to visit. Unfortunately the students at reception although very friendly were not knowlegable. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so can't comment on this. I fully recommend this hotel because of it's location.

Area recommendations
Definitely visit the old city Vieux Nice and enjoy a socca at one of the many outdoor tables.

“Good location, but old and a little tired. Worth it if cheap enough.”

Excellent location, but urgently in need of a revamp. Old fashioned room, wood chip wall paper (yuk) but a reasonable place if you're out all day.

“Ideal for those that want to get up and go out all day”

Wound't normally book a 2 star hotel but this was ideal for this trip. we were up early every morning and out all day , just back to shower and out to eat , them back to sleep. The sheets were clean everyday the towels also, the bathroom very tired and in need of some tlc but again clean maybe a coat of paint wounld'nt go wrong but all in all perfect for what we were doing. can't commment on breakfast as we had ours out.

“Would stay here again!”

This hotel was inexpensive, in a great location, and had the most helpful staff i have met yet in France. I have reccommended this hotel to others already, and will continue to do so.

“Nouvel hotel”

il est très bien situé mais coté confort et propreté c'est pas top !

“Pas terrible”

Accueil pas terrible du tout (on a l'impression de déranger à chaque fois), chambre et parties communes tres vetustes. Toute petite salle de douche avec rideau, pomme de douche qu'on ne peut pas accrocher au mur et jets allant partout tellement que c'est vieux et mal entretenu. 1 petit savon pour 5 jours, jamais remplacé... Internet qui marche pas dans les chambres donc vous devez aller en salle de petit déj' donc pas pratique et si ça marche!... Hotel identique que Hotel Petit Palace à quelques pas de là...à éviter!!

“Trotzt gute zentralle Lage nicht zu Empfelen”

Die Beschreibung vom Zimmer stimmt nicht ein. Unser Zimmer 4.OG sehr Renovieruingsbedurftig und sehr Hellhörig! Frühstückraum viel zu klein und überfüllt .

Must see
Stadt der Museen. Besonders für Kunst Liebhaber. Chagall Museum, Matisse Museum und nicht vergessen Museum für Moderne Kunst (MAMAC)

Grosse Auswahl in der Umgebung. Max. 10 Minuten Fußweg

“aucun suivi de client”

ma télé ne marchait pas des le premier jour. je les signaler et pendant les 4 jours ou a durer mon séjour personne n est venu me la remplacer et aucune compensation a été faite, je n y retournerai pas l année prochaine.

“Hotel molto centrale - vecchio ma decoroso”

L'hotel e' in posizione molto centrale, a due passi dalla piazza principale di Nizza è abbastanza vicino al mare. E' tranquillo e pulito e il servizio buono. L'edificio e' piuttosto vecchio, il che aggiunge una nota retrò che può essere piacevole. Avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione quà e là: nulla di grave, ma l'intonaco andrebbe rifatto e la moquette delle stanze non è certo nuova.
