“Convenient and Comfortable”

Near to sea, old town, shopping and restaurants. Good quick access for Airpot shuttle and near to Bus Station 4Eu/person

“Great location, excellent hotel”

The staff, location, and amenities were excellent. When we arrived there was at least one large tour group staying in the hotel, yet they were very accommodating to our personal needs. The hotel is situated right off the hustle of Place Massena, but the lobby was serene and our room was very quiet. We will definitely return!

“Small but nice”

We stayed at the Massena in Sept 09 and had a great experience. The staff were very helpful & spoken English. Our small was ample & clean with luxurious body wash, shampoo etc. The hotel is really easy to find, 5 min walk down the main road towards the beach. We have no complaints about the hotel, but we were a little disappointed about Nice itself, we thought it was going to be a prettier place.

“A four star GEM in Nice”

France rates this hotel a 4*....we would give it 5. It is in the heart of Nice with easy access to everything. The beach is a short walk away. The staff is very friendly and helpful and spoke several languages fluently. They arranged several tours for us and on the day of our departure had arranged a private car to the airport. Nice sized rooms for European standards. We would stay here again.

Great location. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and speak several languages. The Place Massena is a great place to visit and becomes an exttension of the hotel. We had no problems in the 5 days we stayed.

“Fabulous location”

We stayed at the Hotel Massena for 13 days. We found the staff on the front desk very courteous and helpful. The housekeeping was efficient and consistently good. Our room was very comfortable, even had a little balcony! The hotel is located conveniently for the bus station, parks, beach, shopping, old town,and restaurants. Everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation.

“Excellent location”

Easy access to beach, old town, shopping, business center. Wonderful staff. Great WIFI access from lobby. Only problem was guest accessible computer in lobby--mouse would freeze up. Were told on Thursday technician was coming but by following Monday he/she had not yet appeared. Would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again.
