“proche de la gare et bruyant”

L'hotel est proche de la garre, mais trés bruyant. Il est proche de l'arrêt du tramway. Pas de "frigobar" dans la chambre.

“Hotel Kyriad Nice centre gare : près de la gare”

Proche de la gare et du centre ville, mais un peu bruyant de par sa situation. Buffet petit-déjeuner très fourni et petite terrasse agréable. Accueil impeccable .

Acceuil chaleureux , chambre propre et récemment renovée , SDB moyenne , petit déjeuner en buffet riche avec accueil chaleureux .

“Kyriad Hotel, Nizza”

Das Kyriad Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahnlinie und einer Autobahnbrücke. Von der Autobahn bekommt man nicht viel mit, aber der Lärm, der durch die Bahn verursacht wird, ist bisweilen beachtlich. Das Kyriad Hotel macht insgesamt einen leicht heruntergekommenen Eindruck und sollte mal gründlich renoviert werden. Mein Zimmer war zwar an sich sauber (im Sinne von "wird regelmäßig gereinigt"), aber z.B. die Türen waren fleckig, und dass das Zimmer regelmäßig *gründlich* gereinigt wird, kann ich mir bei dem allgemeinen Zustand des Zimmers auch nicht vorstellen. Das Zimmermädchen hat Badematten nur sehr selektiv ersetzt, d.h. manchmal hat sie die Badematte entfernt, ohne eine frische bereitzulegen. Es war auch störend, dass das Zimmermädchen trotz "bitte nicht stören"-Hinweis ab dem späten Vormittag trotzdem ins Zimmer kommt. Auf die Bitte hin, heute nicht zu kommen, versuchte sie es dennoch immer wieder. Positiv anzumerken ist der kostenlose WLAN-Zugang, obwohl es mir gelegentlich so vorkam, als würden an einer Stelle bestimmte Ports gefiltert werden (z.B. POP und POPS).
