Nice hotel close to old town and beach. Trolly line on main street next to hotel. Great coffee and bread store nearby. Hotel held my luggage for 3 days between trips which was nice. Rooms are very tight w queen bed and shower as well. Could use smaller bed to make room to walk around room

Really close to tram stop for the airport tram, and short walk (<10mins) to both SNCF station, beach, and old town, so very convenient location. Nice to have complimentary tea, coffee, water and sweets. Room and hotel was generally in good condition. Room was a little small, but not an issue as we didn't spend much time in the room. It was a noisy hotel - doors in other rooms slamming through the night, other rooms playing music in the night, people in the corridors and TV/voices travelling through the building worse than anywhere else we've stayed - they even left earplugs in the bathroom, so presumably this is a known issue.

We chose Hotel Nap based on the good reviews on Expedia and were not disappointed. The place is well located to enjoy Nice. Staff in reception and at breakfast were friendly and efficient, room and public areas spotless. Good to have complimentary coffee, tea and chilled water available. We had a standard twin room at the front of the hotel which was fine for a night. Parking on street was easy nearby and costs 2.40eur for 2 hours between 9am and 8pm.

Excellent Hotel
Excellent check in experience Aiman is a delight. Great air conditioning and perfect location. Construction work is understandable but somewhat noisy when you’re not expecting it early in the morning. Housekeeping do work hard but some aspects of cleaning & replenishing are missed.

We had a large room, with a big bathroom which were both very good. It was at the back of the hotel so if I was going again I would ask for a room at the front for more light. There was iced water and coffee permanently available for free in reception, the water was very welcome in 37 heat. There were also beach umbrellas to borrow. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location! Just off the main shopping street. Walkable to Old Town, the beach, and the train. Clean. Staff were helpful with arranging a winery tour. Water and coffee available in the lobby. Would definitely recommend, especially for the price.

Superb location. Friendly staff; But…. You know there’s something wrong when you find free earplugs on offer. After a few minutes in the room I found the reason for the free earplugs. You can hear every small noise in my room, even the next room guest snoring all night (I’m serious). According to the manager, they have this problem due to the age of the building, and they can’t do nothing about it. So if noise is not a problem for you, then the hotel is perfect due to the location.

All staff are nice, especially one reception young lady. She recommended me lots of local chill out places just a few train stops away. And the free cool sparkling water and coffee at the mini-bar downstairs was just wonderful after you’re under the heat outside.

Loved it !
Staff is very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay at this hotel ! Definitely would recommend. We were supposed to stay only 2 nights, ended up extending 4 additional nights since the price is very attractive. Location is Amazing too since it’s in the center of the city !! I’d definitely go back if I ever need to stay in a hotel in Nice

What can I say! The location was amazing, it was about 10 minutes to the beach, old town and the train station and all by foot. The shops were literally right there but it was also quiet at night.

Me quedé con mala impresión lamentablemente.
Todo iba muy bien desde el ingreso hasta que amanecí y baje por mi desayuno. Una señora que estuvo durante el día. Me negó el área de espera en el primer piso para cargar mi celular. Y me negó los baños diciendo que estaban en mantenimiento. Demasiados no. Me indicaron que no era bienvenida. Una pena.

Affordable Place to Stay.
It is worth its price for a low budget traveler like me. The room is small & the shower is just so exact & no room to wiggle around but at the end of it all, all that I need is in the room, the AC is cool, the best is comfy, there is s cabinet for clothes. The Front desk is easy to deal with & they all speak good english. I am glad that the COVID protocol is well implemented in this hotel. There is enough sanitizer to use coming & leaving the vicinity. The breakfast was so-so, very basic but I must say that I really do not like apples but I tried their Fresh apples during their breakfast & it was the best! - so crunchy & juicy. Overall, if you have a limited budget like me - this is a great place to stay. Oh I forgot to mention that this hotel is easy to find & very accessible to the airport via tram L2 & just a walking distance to may point of interests.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of most things a tourist may want to see in Nice. Our room was spacious with a very pleasant decor (much nicer than in the featured Expedia photo). It was also quiet! Breakfast was abundant and varied and the refreshments offered in the lobby in the afternoon were a nice plus. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel
I was very pleased with my 6 night stay at this hotel. My favorite things about hotel were: 1. Best Location in Nice. Super easy to get around Nice on foot or via tram. Take the tram from the airport to Jean Medicin. 2. Breakfast is included. The breakfast includes, coffee, tea, apple juice, variety of breads and pastries, sliced ham, brie, swiss cheese, boiled eggs, fruit bowls, cereal, and more. I was very pleased with breakfast every morning. 3. WiFi worked very well at this hotel, fast upload/download speeds, I was able to keep up with work stuff flawlessly. 4. Plenty of towels. No shortage of towels in my room. Large, thick, fluffy towels. 5. Key card activated lights. When you enter your room, insert your key into the holder to activate the lights in your room. This makes it easy to find your key when you leave your room. My insider tips on this hotel: 1. Combo liquid bath shower gel / shampoo is provided, but if you usually use conditioner, you will need to bring your own. 2. The elevator is limited to 2 persons and if starting at level 0, will only go to the first floor pressed. One night, I entered the elevator through the lobby on level 0. I pressed 4 and then pressed 3. The elevator went to floor 4.
