“Great location.”

We stayed here for four nights in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is half way between the sea front and train station. Ideal for getting to Monaco, Cannes etc.The room was cosy and the bathroom petite, but it was comfortable, very clean and had air conditioning, thank goodness. The staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel breakfast price seemed expensive, but the selection of food on offer is good and you can eat plenty! Nice is a lovely place to visit, but it's very expensive!

“Friendly, helpful staff”

OK, so this is a small hotel in an old fashioned building, but the owners have clearly made an effort to keep up with the times. It's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and not especially bright (we were on the back of the building) but they have made the best of it. The location is great, extremely central, halfway between the railway station and Promenade des Anglais, just off the main shopping street. This is not a luxury hotel so it would be unfair to judge it as one. If you're out and about all day this could be a great base for a weekend break.

“Good location”

Good location for visiting Nice. Only 10 minute walk from the train station for visiting Cannes, Monte Carlo or more traditional small villages. Hotel is clean with a good continental breakfast. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms even smaller, but we felt good value for money considering the location.
