We stayed on a leisure break from Sunday to Friday. On arrival we were early so the hotel did not have a room available for us, but they kept our luggagae safe for us until they were able to check us in. We headed for the rooftop pool, the Sunbeds are of the fine mesh variety which is great as it drains easily when you get out of the pool. The towels are a little on the small side, but are adequate and at least you don't have to pay for them. We ate at the Restaurant on the roof and all our lunches were excellent. great quality and reasonably priced for a Hotel. During our stay the weather was a little cool on a couple of days, so we made use of the Sauna. As we used it during the day we were the only occupants, which was lovely. Despite the Sauna being switched off when we went in, it warmed up very quickly and was at working temperature in minutes. There is nowhere to lock anything securely in the changing area, so a good tip is to get changed into a swimming costume in your room and cover yourself up with a towel to head for the Sauna. There are no additional towels available in the Sauna.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make us feel welcome.
The extraordinary thing about this hotel is the calibre of the staff. They have taken "Customer First" to heart. We were given assistance in planning days out, with getting connected to the internet (there were technical problems to overcome), getting the shower repaired and travel assistance to the airport. We were given assistance when we arrived dripping wet. Nothing was too much trouble. The front desk manager had previously worked in very expensive hotels (600 euros a night) in Paris and her expertise in giving good customer service had been fully utilised in this relatively modest establishment. The bar served a small but acceptable breakfast and a good selection of small meals all day long. As I say the shower broke whilst we were there - however this was swiftly fixed.
We had a partial see view room, very clean and comfort. It was a great experience for first time Nice visiting . All hotel staff were polite and kind. Hotel surprised us with complementary dessert for our anniversary , so memoraabl and delicious. Also hotel has bikes that you can enjoy biking besides the sea. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The holet has 5 stal location and overlooks the sea and the valley. Truly great place for weekend or longer stay.
No internet connection though. Breakfasts are not included in the price and are rather expensive (25Euro per person).

The AC is a modern American hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. Location is great near beach, dining and shopping. No ocean view from our room but there is a rooftop pool with view. Rooms are comfortable with all the amenities. Loved it!
We booked the hotel a while ago, however after reading recent reviews we were worried that we may have made a mistake. I'm pleased to say we had a great time. Room on 9th floor had massive bed and a single bed for our daughter. Staff were very friendly. Pool was great and the guys on at the terrace bar were relaxed with you and not pushy at all. My husband and daughter were in the pool for hours and I just relaxed in seats next to pool with a wine or two. Really no complaints.
This beautiful, iconic hotel across the promenade from the Mediterranean does not disappoint. It's ornate beauty, extensive art collection, grand salons, Michelin rated restaurant are but side trappings compared to the lovely, well-trained staff that made our visit a joy. Thank you to them! We are not high-maintenance travelers, but when we did need help or advice, it was eagerly forth-coming.
