“Superb value, great staff”
I would like to echo all the other comments regarding this hotel, plus side was the location, staff, cleanliness etc. Particularly the staff, who were extremely helpful on all matters. Only negative, and it's not specificaly the hotel, but everywhere. Breakfast at 12 euros is a bit steep, although it was quite a good breakfast.

What a lovely hotel and in a supberb spot for sight seeing, walking along the promenade and finding restaurants. really friendly staff and a nice comfortable room. Good value for money
“good location and value”
The hotel is in a great location with old town, beach etc in easy walking distance. It seemed reasonably good value. The rooms appear to vary in size - one of our rooms was ample with a huge bathroom, the other would have been a squeeze for two people. Very helpful concierge. Did not sample the breakfast - there are cheaper options nearby and there are coffee-makers in the room.

“Lovely small hotel”
We have enjoyed staying at this many times. It is ideally placed, just a short walk from the airport bus stop, the flower market, loads of restaurants, and the promenade de anglais.It is also handily place for other buses in the place grimaldi if you want to go to Cannes, Monaco or Vence The staff on reception are very good and speak very good english, they will order taxis, and advise on trips, offering advice when you book in and giving out maps of the city. The breakfast buffet is also good. We wwould not hestitate to stay there again
“Great hotel”
This hotel is really value for money. It is very close to the centre of Nice. For the price this is conveniently situated near flower market, beach side, bus stand... The hotel is clean and well maintained. Bad part is the room I was in had no shower curtains which I have mentioned in their survey. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone of any age group. I personally felt breakfast is expensive compared to what you can get in a few mins walk outside this hotel.

“Lovely hotel, really NICE weekend in NICE !”
I stayed at the hotel Best Western Roosevelt for three night in a group of three. We had a treble room which was very comfortable and plenty of space. We had a corner room with 3 French windows and balconies-one each ! The hotel was well situated close to the centre and only a few streets from the beach and bus stops. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in Nice for the weekend this hotel. There was no restaurant-of which we were aware of before we booked-but with so many so close to the hotel it was no problem. We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel which seemed quite expensive at 12 euros but again,with so much choice nearby we had breakfast out at local cafes, or as we did on our last morning, buy fresh pastries and sit along the front in the sunshine !
“well located hotel”
a great base for exploring the sights and culture of Nice - within easy walking distance of beach, shops, museums and galleries. Didn't try breakfast as too pricey but otherwise a lovely hotel and very friendly helpful staff. Only drawback was noisy room doors!
