“Well priced hotel”

Nice clean room including clean bathroom. No noise and not to difficult to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to the harbour. The breakfast was however rather basic.

“Da consigliare ..”

L'hotel è a circa 10-15 min a piedi dal centro di Nizza. Ho utilizzato il suo parcheggio privato, richiesto durante il check-in. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e parla bene anche inglese. La camera era molto luminosa e assolutamente silenziosa, non eccessivamente grande ma con tutto quello che poteva servire. Letto grande e comodo. Tv con diversi canali internazionali. Cassaforte e piccolo armadio. Bottiglietta d'acqua in omaggio. Il bagno spazioso, con una doccia enorma collegata con una "finestra" alla camera (molto bella), pulito e con impianto idraulico perfettamente funzionante. Colazione compresa nel prezzo della camera, varia con dolce e salato. Sicuramete un hotel da consigliare per la pulizia, la tranquillità, la modernità e la comodità.

“どうしても空きがなければ・・・”

総合評価では、部屋は良かったが、周辺環境と設備的に若干の問題があったので、可もなく不可もなくといった感じでした。良かった点：・部屋は清潔で、アメニティも最低限は整っていた。・バス・トラムへのアクセスは近かった（歩いて、１０分弱。若干、道なりは複雑。）・フロントが２４時間対応で、英語が通じる（フランスでは当然のことではない。）。悪かった点：・エレベータの上り下りがそれぞれ専用で分かれており、使いにくい。・壁が薄いので、廊下や前後の部屋で騒がれると、結構音が響く。・近隣環境として、周辺に飲食店やバーがあり、夜中までうるさい。　特に、目の前がバーであり、部屋がそちらに面すると、夜中に何度も目が覚める。・朝食のレパートリーが乏しい。もう一品、温かいものなどが欲しいところ。
