I booked several rooms for my family as we were attending a wedding. The couple who own the B&B were extremely helpful and polite. It is so nice to receive such a warm welcome at a new place. I lived the fireplace while my partner raved about the French toast. We would all recommend staying here and won't hesitate to book again when we're in Niagara again.
The staff was so friendly and welcoming!! The room was spotless, quite, cozy with a private balcony!! The homemade breakfast was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I would never stay in a hotel again, because my experience at the Chestnut Inn could not be matched with a "big box" hotel chain!! Thank you again for the AMAZING experience!! We will be back soon!!!
My best friend and I spent 2 nights over the Labor Day weekend 2014. It was unbelievably good experience. The B&B is very close to downtown Niagara Falls, only 15 minutes walk. The parking fee was included. The breakfast was included. Mary did wonderful job with cooking, explaining location of major attractions, and she even got up early to serve us breakfast so we can leave early to avoid returning traffic. The room was clean, and pleasant. It felt like we were at our own home. It is definitely a good place to stay to save few $. I would return there anytime.
Upon arrival, very friendly stuff greeted and welcomed us with the offer for upgrade option from a room to a house. Due to weather and off season of Niagara Falls, we got to relaxed at the house they had. Very helpful stuff helped us with suggestions of the area attractions. Breakfast was the best! Wonderful experience.
