There is black mold in the bathtub that I will not be bathing on this trip. The dresser where the TV is has stains. The furniture is dirty. I was told that I was getting an upgrade by moving to the Four Points but that cannot possibly be true.

This property cancelled our prepaid reservations to accomodate another customer that wanted to exted their stay. We had 2 prepaid rooms booked, one room was for a honeymoon night. They wanted to transfer us to Ramada, which is a much less expensive hotel. We were able to finally relocate to another hotel. I will never book this hotel again. They did not offer any compensation or an apology.

Falls getaway
A short walk to everything. Hotel itself isn't bad but the building next door takes away from the area. Looks like a low-income apartment complex. There is no Fallsview from this hotel, so name should be changed. Overall, I would recommend for the price.

We were transferred to a ramada after booking this hotel. They made arrangements for me to have same room type. I thought because of transfer breakfast was included but it wasnt. I also took 2 creamers from the lobby coffee machine for my coffee in the room and was lectured that the creamers is for the lobby. 3 cent creamer. Wow. Guests are paying for room a few creamers is not a big deal.
