“Interesting Place with Good Price”

It is a good place to spend one or two nights. The price is acceptable and it is quite comfortable. Just don't bet on getting the breakfast because it is only served between 8 and 9am! Anything else is fine.

Great price.. cozy room, with supermarket Tops right across from the street and KFC to the left. not far from the Falls. only one issue, the wall is very thin, you can hear the couple next door loud and clear. Located 3 mi from Niagara falls. Close to malls and grocery. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good internet and free parking as promised. However, no continental breakfast as advertised; only donuts and coffee. This was a nice room for the price that we paid, we were there 6 night, had no problems, room was clean. The Manager Eva was very friendly. is a good place to stay if you want to have a lot of fun in Niagara falls and dont want to spend to much money in a hotel this may be what you are looking for.

“Good for 1.5 stars”

In my opinion, you get what you pay for, and for 1.5 stars and the price we paid, I was satisfied with this hotel. We arrived late and the gentleman behind the desk was very helpful. We checked in fine and were given the internet access code which worked great. The room itself is what you would expect from a 1.5 star place, but for a 1 night stopover it was fine. Airconditioner was a bit noisy but worked fine.

“Overall average hotel with nice pool”

The pool was the best after a long walk at the falls, we cooled up bathing till night. The hotel is average, old, not super clean as you are used from big chains and the rooms are really small. The beds are very comfortable. Very negative: I went to the reception a few minutes after 9 am and they hadn't coffee because they serve it till 9 am only, I guess they did tell others that they serve coffee till 8 and so on. Few blocks away - walking distance - is a DD where you can get coffee. Junk food everywhere around there: Wendy's, Macd's etc. Across the street is a huge supermarket where we bought some fruit, cheese and bread and made a picnic at the pool! (they have two tables with umbrellas and chairs). Not bad for what we paid. But if you are looking for romantic or luxury go elsewhere.

“Awful”

There was a bag of trash as well as dirty soap in the shower when we arrived. The "continental breakfast" is donuts and is only served for 1 hour each morning. The furniture in the room is old and beat up. This place was a disgrace!

“Bed and breakfast with no breakfast, no water, no ice”

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was super small, so small that you have to get to 1 corner to close the door. No toiletries just some terrible quality ultra small soap bars. This said, I wont complain about this, I was staying for just a night in a bed and breakfast at a good price so its OK. The problem is with breakfast. They start at 8:30 AM (has anyone heard of 8:30 AM breakfast in American summers?). This was probably a trick to decline breakfast to most people. We waited for the breakfast and as soon as they opened it and were terribly disappointed. It had 2 items. Some coffee (offcourse no tea) & a couple of mini donuts. All terrible quality. I could see about 10 people coming in for breakfast and go back hungry. I have never seen breakfast this bad in a bed and breakfast.
