“It's a good budget hotel”

Very good location where are most of the hotels located. Near the falls.Good for overnight budget stay.

“waste of money”

When we reached the holtel, we were forced to take 2 rooms and had to give additional money for this , though I had reserved 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds so that 4 adults + 2 infants could fit into one room. But the person did not let us stay in single room and forced us to take another room. service- bad room - poor overall exp is too bad.

“Run, run away!!!”

There is a "no cancellation" clause on this hotel. When we got there we found out why. Everything is dirty and run-down. I didn't expect the Ritz Carlton for this price but this was ridiculous. The "continental breakfast" was little more than toast and we were the only guests that day. I'd hate to think they gave us their best room because I ended up not even staying the night. I checked out early, and without any sort of refund. I figured it was better to drive the 3 hours home than risk getting eated alive by bed bugs or crawled on by roaches. This place is unacceptable...I wouldn't be surprised if they were shut down for health reasons some day soon.

“Don't rent here ! Waste of money”

Very badly maintained hotel for the price they charge. The bathroom door could not be closed. We told the hotel management who said they will fix it. But never even bothered to show up.

“Not impressed”

Wouldn't go back. The room had splotches of plaster on the wall, the sheets had cigarette burns. Convenient location to the bridge for the Canada side, but that was the ONLY plus.

hotel looks kind a run down need improvment a lot. but rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. staff is awasome and help took care of us. very well. this hotel is fix for us whenever we will come to niagara falls. Knights inn niagara falls, got customer for life

“Very good motel”

I was very pleased with this motel. Location was close to all the stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the price was right. I didn't expect much but it was much better that i could have ever expected.

“It is the cheapest for this quality”

really i can not expect more. it is the cheapest one however many hotels are less than 200 ft far from this location and cost double or triple the cost of this hotel.

Area recommendations

Fantasy island, 5 min away but i would recommend it to complete your travel to Niagara Falls on your way out

“Don't book this one, or you will regret!”

Smelly room, really small: can't even move in it. Crappy interior walls, dirty moldings, like a slum. Wireless internet didn't connect. I couldn't even stay in the room, and I didn't, although this means that I wasted all my good money. Worst motel! Don't come in or your will regret!
