“Excellent location!!!”

This hotel is very close to Clifton Hills where all the action is. The big ferris wheel and most of the attractions are within 5 minutes of walking distance. Restaurants are all nearby with Fridays, The Keg, and Denny's directly across the hotel. KFC, Pizza Hut, and Baskin Robbins are within the hotel lobby. Parking is ample and very reasonable at $8 overnight, with in/out priviledges.

“Our Anniversary at the Falls!!”

We went to the falls to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great time. The hotel was well priced. The beds were not very comfortable and the shower pressure was very low.

We went to the pizzarea and LOVED it!!! The keg was amazing as well. We had an amazing server named Gabriella!!!! She was awesome

“Great tub”

“Will never stay at a Howard Johnson again..”

For the enitre stay the hotel lobby smelt food..deep fried food. The bathroom was not cleaned the second day of our stay...clean towels were placed that the floor was not claen. It is my impression the bed linens were not changed either. To add to all-- I found a roach in the room. I reserved and paid for 3 rooms and was totally disappointed.

“Huge Whirlpool Tubs”

We like to get a King-size bed when we travel as it makes for sounder sleeping (less accidental bumps in the night). This hotel has two King-bed options: with a fireplace or with a two-person heard-shaped tub. Let me just say that the tub is HUGE. Both of us are around 6 feet tall and we easily sat down together in this thing. It worked great as a hot tub and later as a very refreshing "cold tub". The hotel is a short walking distance to the Clifton Hills tourist area. The only thing I would say is complaint worthy is the spotty reception of the WiFi network and the constantly-changing WiFi password (it lasts, but you have to call the front desk each time you turn on your computer). The network wasn't slow, but our netbook kept losing connection. We wound up just using our iPhones with 3G data when we wanted to use the Internet instead. No network cable option is provided; it's WiFi or nothing.

Must see

Go to the aviary! For $12-16 (depending on where you buy your ticket and if you have any coupons) it was a fantastic experience having all these almost completely tame birds flying around.

“OK as part of vacations”

The hotel is clean. The room was spacious and clean. It is convenient because even though it is not too closed to the Niagara Falls, it is within a walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and other amenities around. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there is a door which connects to a Pizza Hut and a KC

“Not very impresses”

Staff was friendly, but hotel had a musty smell to it. Wasn't very ventilated and air conditioning wasn't working properly. I would probably never stay here again unless it was a last resort.
