“Unsatisfactory hotel would not return”
the bath tub was disgusting we would not bath in it. The swimming pool was dangerous since the 4 ft area was no bigger area than 2 to 2.5 feet and then the depth dropped immediately to 6 ft. when we looked into the various location it indicated a whirlpool, pool and sana NO whirlpool and as I stated the pool was dangerous however they did have a lifeguard on duty when the pool was open which was limited hours the breakfast was not much and the breakfast room was very small and people were told to go out to the lobby to eat Would not stay at this location again and yes I will be travelling to the same area again in the near future Internet was not available most of the time Internet was to be wireless and complimentary WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO STAY HERE
“Perfect location Perfect hotel”
I booked this hotel not knowing which hotel I was reserving with due to the special pricing. I was worried after I read reviews, and thought I had made a mistake. Not true. Our room was perfect. The hotel was very clean. It smelled good, looked good and the service was great. The best part.... LOCATION. It is within walking distance to the falls. This is excellent, because parking at the falls is expensive. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. You can print driving directions and get right to the door. We did not have time, but there is a pool and such on the second floor. Hope we have more time.... next time
“Suckerville.”
Don't let the price and location sucker YOU in!! I did, and I regret it immensely. We were travelling to Niagra for the first time, with another couple. I was tasked with finding accomodations. Expedia offered this hotel for less expensive and has fantastic location but what you cant see (or smell) in the advertisements is the AWFUL odor of the hallways and the rooms were 10 times worse. This hotel is old,old and needs to be destroyed or completely renovated. It smells like a 30 year old casino floor carpet. The desk clerk was very helpful with any thing we asked for. The location is without a doubt fantastic. But we will not be staying here again or referring to a friend. My friends no longer trust me to make arrangements for us. I completely failed. Spend the money!! We stayed our 2nd night at the Quality Inn in Niagra; beautiful hotel, helpful people, and clean, clean, clean!! It also has that fantastic location. It was a bit more expensive but well worth it.
“Cheap and cheerful, fine for an overnight stay.”
We booked this at the last minute when we decided to stop off at Niagara Falls on the way home. Most of the other, generally more expensive, hotels were full. The hotel is clearly in need of a bit of love (worn carpets, etc.) and it's not the Ritz, but we found the staff extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel clean (although quite a strong smell of disinfectant in the corridors). For a family of 4 sharing a room it was very good value and very convenient for the Falls, Rainbow Bridge, etc. Would have no qualms about staying there again, although might not choose it for a holiday.
“Mahesh”
The Hotel is in very old condition desperately needs some renovation. The room carpet was old, torn in some places and really dirty. The Bed spreads and throw were not clean either. The best thing about the room thankfully was the bathroom which was clean and comfy enough. Sure for the price and location you could say that it was worth it but I think lack of cleanliness is certainly a let down..
“Very Good”
Good service, clean and friendly staff walk to all atrctions
“.Ready to go back..”
The hotel was great. Close to the falls and restaurants, all within walking distance. Reasonable price and excellent location. We were treated real good by everyone at the hotel, they really went all out to please. We were really surprised when we arrived at the hotel, they let us check in 2 hours early and we found everything was to our satisfaction. After we booked the rooms we had second thoughts with it being so close to the falls and such a reasonable price we expected we would be sorry. When we got there we were really surprised to find such a nice hotel. Would go back anytime and think I might get to go next summer.
“Good Stay”
Overall, we had a nice time staying at this hotel. All our basic needs were satisfied. Pets are allowed, so our Jack Russell got to come along. There's an indoor pool and sauna. The location is within walking distance to the Falls, the wax museum, the aquarium, affordable places to eat and a good souvenier shop next door. We had some minor problems in the hotel though. Our key cards didn't work a couple times and neither did the safe. The toilet ran unless the handle was carefully put in an upper position. When I asked for help, we always got prompt and polite service, which was nice.
“Nice!!”
Nice hotel!!! It would be awesome if they can improve the quality of breakfast a little.
“Basic, clean, and friendly”
The staff at this hotel is wonderful. Check in desk, breakfast room attendants, and housekeepking were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Beyond that, everything was what you would expect. The room was comfortable and clean and set up well for families with a refrigerator, microwave, and extra sink outside the bathroom. It was very outdated, but fine for a family using it as a base for exploring the Falls. The pool is small, but well-kept with a lifeguard on duty.
