“borderline okay”

Check in staff not friendly and should learn customer service. Maybe need to smile too!! No soap in the washroom but front desk delivered it right away. Could hear walking in room upstairs and street lights shined in the window all night, curtains not made to close. Room was clean and breakfest was good.

“Can't Wait To Go Back!!”

This is a fantastic property great location for shopping and the continental breakfast was outstanding! lots of food and good variety. Only downfall was the pool it could be cleaner and a little bit warmer. This will not stop me from going back!

“negative experience”

front desk was attended by a friend ,not employee of hotel,front desk lady was busy.no bar soap.no tissue.no shampoo.drain in bathtub did not work.no manager to speak too.will. not stay again.this hotel is not up to standard in staff or service.

“Great Room”

Breakfeast was great. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpfull. the night desk man was so sweet he offer out of the blue to make my girl a hot chocolate when we came in at night , after being out in the cold.Even though the kitchen was closed. Rooms are large and very clean. Close to all store and resturants. Would go again.

“good for the price but going down hill”

1) closet door didnt close correctly 2) internet connection through the lamp didnt function. when i was able to get it to work it was slow. 3)a leg was missing from the refrigerator 4) atm out of order and no effort was made to cash a check or give me $ on my credit card. 5) breakfast till 9:30 cmon supposed to be on vacation should be at least till 11a.m.

“Very good deal in Niagara Falls”

The hotel is a affordable, clean, and comfortable option among the MANY hotels and motels in Niagara Falls, NY. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown public parking. There are many chain restaurants nearby as well as a large grocery store (Tops) and a Target. The free breakfast was fine for our family; the pool was very nice and not busy (in November, although the hotel was quite busy). The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We would stay here again with ho hesitations.

Area recommendations
The hotel's 15 - 20 minute drive to downtown Niagara Falls/Canadian border make this hotel a suitable location for travelers who want a good deal, a comfortable and clean stay and easy access to the nearby highway.

“webcrawler”

Nicely maintained rooms with refrigerator, microwave oven. The continental breakfast is also good. Overall I recommend this hotel to any one.

“Stands out from the crowd”

This hotel stands out because it is in a long road of grotty-looking motels. Frankly, it is one of the only ones that looks usable and is, in fact, very good. We were surprised to find a heated indoor swimming pool which was a bonus. This is not really the area for a long stay but the hotel is fine for a short one. There are plenty of eating places within a couple of miles.

“Very pleased”

My niece and I were in Niagara Falls, New York specifically for shopping and found that this hotel more than met our expectations. It was only a few minutes to the outlet mall and other shopping/restaurants were nearby. Front desk staff were professional and helpful, quickly providing us with directions & information. Our room was very clean and well equipped with a fridge, micro wave and coffee maker. There was also and iron & ironing board. Beds were comfy, a/c worked great and had a window that could be opened if you wanted fresh air. A self serve, buffet breakfast was provided and had a good selection: cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice etc., It was more than satisfactory and both days it held us over to dinner. The only negative thing we found was that the a/c system was leaking badly at the south end stairwell, leaving a large puddle inside. The staff were obviously aware of it, because they did have "caution" signs up and towels to soak up the water but it really does need to be repaired before it causes more damage to the system & the flooring. All in all, we would stay here again and would recommend.
