“Check the in-room jacuzzi”

We recently booked a night in the Tower King suite (jacuzzi/fireplace). The hospitality and service (thank you to the Front Desk) were outstanding. The view from our room (US and Can) was fantastic (46th floor). The room was also very nice. However, we wanted to use the jacuzzi tub and became quickly disappointed after having filled the tub with enough water to run the jets, dirt/bebris came out of the jets. It was not pleasant. Housekeeping did what they could, but for over an hour trying to ensure the jets were clean was a disappointment. I'd check to see if the tub's thouroughly clean as soon as you enter the room. I would go back to this hotel and book the same style room, but I'd do some inspections asap. Also, parking is a tad pricey considering the parking location to the hotel. Parking should be complimentary if not comparable to the hotel's neighbour.

Area recommendations

The hotel is in a great location for the casinos. A short walk brings you to the sites and sounds of Niagara's fun filled tourism.

“Disappointed”

Very disappointed that there is no free wifi, they charge a daily rate. Room was hot for second year in a row. No way to cool it down.

Area recommendations

Niagara on the lake is the best English style city to visit and to do some shopping especially before the christmas but it is a little bit expensive place. İt is so close to Niagara Falls and also it has got a lot of choices for stay and eat . .

“A night on the town”

The hotel was grand, in a great location and was clean. However we rented a two bedroom suite and the room was very awkwardly laid out. Theres no separate living room or seating area such as in most other hotels with two bedroom suites. Its literally two bedrooms and a connecting bathroom. It was fine for our one night stay but i was a bit taken aback when we opened the door to our hotel room and found ourselves emmediately in one of the bedrooms.
