“Huge Rooms”

The standard rooms are basically semi-suites. Includes a full washroom, kitchen area, a sitting area and the beds on the other side of the room. Great views as well as a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

“This exceeded my expectations and I would go back for sure.”

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there and from the second I walked into the hotel and the staff was so amazing and courteous I was inlove. I then went to my room and was in Awwww with the space in the room and how comfortable it was. I can't wait to come back.

“Great for Second Honeymoon”

We were looking for something special as part of our trip to Niagara Falls and this place met all our expectations. Our whirlpool suite overlooked the Canadian Falls and the view couldn't be better. We were also treated to a Manager reception, and full breakfast buffet . It was only a short walk down to the falls themselves, and while there were treated to a fireworks show over the American falls. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for some romance or family time.

Area recommendations

The atriums below the hotel (along the walkway by the falls) were a surprising respite from the cool weather. Someone here has a very green thumb as the variety and quality of the plants were outstanding. There was also a Festival of Lights as they had Christmas light displays also going on that was very well done.

When to go

Although it was a little cool going around November-December gives you a magical experience that you wouldn't get during the rest of the year. The crowds are also gone allowing for a less stressful experience.

“This hotel kept up with the hype”

Had apleasant experience at the Embassy. I arrived 6 hours early and they allowed me to check in early at no added cost. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfotable. The view of the falls were breath taking.. The only flaw was the cost to park overnight.

“Upgrade and get a view room, it's worth it.”

We upgraded to a view room and it was great. The hotel is about 100 yards from the casino where you can park for 5.00 so don't use the hotel lot which is 20 per day. The free breakfast was nice because food in Canada is expensive however do not count on the free drinks because you are only given one drink per day due to strict alcohol serving laws in Canada. The rooms are spacious however the mattresses are extremely soft. Our housekeeper, Lilly, did a great job everyday. We spent 5 nights at this hotel and drove to Buffalo N.Y., Toronto and Niagra on the Lakes. All are must sees. Make sure attractions are open before your trip because things close in the winter, we missed Maid of The Mist by 4 days. Visit Casa Loma in Toronto and definately go to Niagra on the Lake, nice village and a very scenic drive.

Lots of things close in October for winter so check the attractions before you go.

“Fabulous views, perfect location, soft beds, wonderful hotel, price good”

We probably won't be back to Niagara Falls as we live in Australia, but we will always have wonderful memories of our stay at the Embassy Suites.

“Amazing view”

We had a king suite whirlpool room, on the 17 th floor. It was the most amazing view of the falls! Great location. Downside was the line for your included breakfast buffet and managers reception. You have to get up early to avoid the wait. The buffet was really great, made to order omelets. Overall, a great hotel.
