“Great location”

Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. 5 minute walk from the Niagara falls. Denny's cafe attached to the hotel is convenient for meals. Few other restaurants and airport bus stop located closeby. Extremely good value for money.

“Good base for Niagara Attractions”

We spent two nights in this hotel, we found it very convienient for all the Niagara attractions and we could easily walk to the Niagara State Park. We really just used it as a place to sleep and it was perfect for this. But if you want a bit of luxury from your hotel this really isn't the place to stay. When we got to our room we didn't have any pillow cases on our bed (so the room had not been made up before we checked in), but a lady came almost straight away to fix this. The hotel room was mostly clean (apart from a few suspicious looking hairs in the bath), but the decor was quite shabby and definitely needs updating. The TV reception was very poor on some of the channels, but we weren't really in the room enough for this to be a problem for us. The beds were very comfy and we both slept very well. The lady on the desk when we checked in was helpful and polite, but when I phoned down to the desk in the evening to ask them about something, the woman who answered was rude and condescending. The Denny's restaurant is very convienient for a quick breakfast before we went out to spend the day in Niagara.
