“Very disppointing”

I was disappointed by the level of service and poor communication that we received, which was tragic for the amount of money we spent there on our honeymoon. We were assured that we could choose between 2 rooms however upon arrival we had only one option. Our butler was not forthcoming with many of the amenities the resort had to offer, and we had to request from him multiple times to receive things we requested...tough ones, like water. We really had wanted to try the many restaurants on site, however, we were told that everything was booked repeatedly except for one location which meant eating pretty much the same thing every night. The food was tasty, and identical, for our entire stay. We were also mislead that certain activities were canceled, but then when we went to investigate, they were actually happening. In addition, for a romantic escape there was little privacy in our actual bungalow area, as the staff would come walking in at any point unannounced throughout the day. A doorbell, a phone call, or a do not disturb sign would have been helpful. All in all I would not recommend, and I would only feel better about the situation if a discount were offered.

Getting around

If you like to explore local culture and geography, this may not be for you as the resort is located on an island accessible only by boat, far away from Nha Trang center. You can walk, bike ride, or be chauffeured by your butler in a golf cart, but the resort area is small so you cannot roam elsewhere on the island.
