I will never stay here again. The furniture was peeling. Walls was peeling. No baseboards. They gave me a handicapped room and advised it was the only one available when i inquired. The lightbulb was flickering when we checked in. When we checked in the lady didnt even tell us about breakfast or where the elevators were located.

For the price, this was an absolute disappointment stay. No working heat, no working pool or hot tub. Elevator needs work. Worst stay in Hampton!

Room was clean for the most part aside from carpet & couch stains. The tub didn't drain properly so it was like taking a bath while showering. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. When I learned that the parking fee was automatically applied to all rooms, prior to confirming if the guest had a vehicle on the premise, I was surprised and put-off. This appears highly unprofessional and conveys a lack of concern for verification, suggesting a priority on maximizing profits.

The property has seen better days. Everything that we experienced felt like it's just how many people frequent this property. Also the young lady who helped us during the breakfast in the am. She was the best! Just to experience her warm smile and the way she cared for my daughter was truly appreciated she deserves a raise!!! The face of your company will make the impact she is impactful for sure

My bathtub was not clean. Old soap was still in the shower. Windows are dirty. Tv remote battery was low. There's a curtain with no window. The shower water would gradually get higher? Pool and hot tub was closed. Fromt desk was very nonchalant and was talking really fast.

The place was conveniently located. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was delicious. Pool was closed and though it is on the website, it is not easily found. There were small defects like a large crack in sink, strobing tv and torn upholstery on couch.

Springhill has always been our go to. This time, we paid for 3 nights and left after 1. The room was filty. Looked to be blood on the carpet, bleach stains all over the couch, shower curtain was moldy, no bathroom fan, toothpaste spit on mirror and more. On a good note, the staff was kind and pleasant. *I have pictures but it won't let me upload then.

Overall stay was decent for the most part. Only thing I didn’t like was the issue we had with our door not sure if it was the doorknob or what but it was hard to get into at times and I didn’t like the paid parking it wasn’t a lot but I was not expecting that.

The hotel staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The room could’ve been a bit updated, the couch had questionable stains on it, the fridge was rusting at the bottom of the door. The door itself was crooked, it was always hard to open/close. At night you can tell that it is crooked by the way the lights from the hallway come through the door. The carpet was coming up in a few places but other than all of that it was a clean room.

I have stayed here before and expected the same stay. However, the property is now a little older and my stay was not what I expected. The room temperature would not go below 75 degrees, large white crusty stain on couch, and still not back to pre-covid service. I picked this hotel because of the pool, but of course the pool was closed and judging by the sign it has been that way for some time.

Our sofa bed has yellow paint! on it all over and I got lots of pictures to prove it. I could hear what the room mext door was talking about all the time, the carpet needed a desperate shampoo cleaning. So expensive for 1 night and we got a dirty carpet, painted couch and I can hear the next room. I will not be staying here again.

Pool is closed, beds are small, elevators inop!
I booked with this hotel because it had an indoor pool for mi kids. But when we got to the hotel we found out that the pool was closed and not working at all! I was also disappointed with the beds because they are smaller than a full and I was expecting queen size beds. The elevators are not working property so we had to use the stairs and our room was on the 4th floor! Not recommending this hotel!

the hotel was awful, the pull out couch was pee stained, light sockets didn’t work lamps broke. sink dripped, no light in bathroom,it was a lamp with a drop cord attached in the floor. carpet was stained. i dont know how they got a 8.8 rating.i give it a 1. pool was closed and had roaches. i was so disappointed especially it being a Marriott

We like the location for being close to attractions in the area. We did not like the condition of our room. It is time to renovate. The carpet and other things are worn and need replacing. It could have also been cleaned better. The shower curtain had a very visible amount of mildew. We’ve stayed at this location multiple times and this recent trip was a bit of a letdown due to the condition our the room we were assigned (#314).

The staff was great. We had a problem with our TV which couldn't be immediately corrected. Phillip checked options and changed our room ensuring that the same issue wasn't present in the new assigned room. The breakfast staff helped begin our day not only with a good breakfast but greetings and smiles. The hotel could use some refurbishing and the ice maker on our floor didn't work. Again, the desk staff assisted with the ice problem. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!
