“Great Overall Stay”

I had a great stay overall at the Crowne Plaza in Hampton. The staff was pleasant and the room was very clean. Also loved the free parking garage for hotel guests. I will stay here again when I come back to visit Hampton.

“great view, very accomodating”

I had never been to Hampton before. Crowne Plaza is definitely the place to stay for anyone visiting the Hampton courthouse. It is just a couple of blocks away, is self-contained (didn't have to leave for food, concessions, etc.), and its marina-side rooms offer a nice view of the water. Staff was accomodating and courteous. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Hampton.

“Bit disappointing”

Hotel was a bit more tired than it seemed on the website. Little things like ill fitting shower doors, ice machines not working on three floors, changing internet passwords without telling us, vending machines often empty plus they totally forgot to service our room one day! As a location it was good, few decent eating places nearby, parking simple and easy to get to the areas that we wanted to be in. View was good and the room size was fine. Just needs a bit of care and attention

“Unbelievable”

The staff was friendly enough, the rooms were clean, but I saw an employee use HIS DIRTY FINGERS TO DIG FOOD OUT OF THE BUFFET TABLE. I can only imagine how this translates to the rest of the staff.

“Beautiful Harbor Views”

The hotel shows it's age in places, but it's very comfortable, quiet, and worth a visit compared to others in the Hampton area. The views of the marina and harbor are great. Very nice row of restaurants and bars is 1.5 blocks away. Parking is very convenient, it's next door to several museums and in a very pleasant area of city. I would recommend to anyone.

“First Class- Great Relaxing Experience by the water”

Travelling from Australia and arrived after just findout that I lost my credit card. Reception staff most pleasant and accomodating. Didn't have to pay for parking, but car park doesn't have covered walkway back to hotel. Room very clean, well presneted with comfortable. Great evning and bar food served overlooking the water. Only minor disappointment was some of the hot food items on the Breakfast buffet were not hot. Overall very good experience and will go back. Easy self drive from Norfolk airport.

“Great hotel!”

Very pleased with this hotel. Food in the dining room was very good. Room was very clean and comfortable. There is free parking in the garage, and free internet access. We chose the marina view, and it was terrific! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hampton.
