Me and my 2 daughters had a lovely stay at this travelodge. There was a mix up with the booking (it had been done online) BUT the staff member who I dealt with with was very courteous and told us we could speak to the manager Gemma.
Gemma was lovely, friendly and could not be more helpful and understanding. She completely helped us out within minutes without any fuss.
A lovely clean room, fresh bed all amenities working as they should and generally a lovely quiet stay.
We stayed for one night as we were attending an event the next day but if I had been able to I definitely would have stayed another.
The carvery restaurant that is attached to the travelodge was fantastic! Me and my girls had a lovely dinner, all fresh and again staff in the restaurant were lovely and courteous .
Overall I would recommend this travelodge and should I need to be back in Newcastle I will definitely boom here again . Thank you very much to all the staff that we dealt with you made our stay very nice x
