“Great location”
We had a lovely big room with a view of the Millennium Bridge (paid extra for it). Bar very good for cocktails with our friends. Only downside is that the interior of the hotel from reception upwards is painted in a dark purple which we found oppressive but room was light. Maybe this is a characteristic of the Malmaison chain?
“Pricey carrots!!!”
This was our second visit to this hotel, having visited it originally not long after it had first opened and we were pleased to see it had maintained its sumptuous looks without too much fraying around the edges. We had booked a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the Millenium bridge, a great view but you do get some noise from the bars on the riverside. It is a good hotel in a great location and we found the staff were friendly and helpful - the only suggestion I would make is to eat elsewhere rather than in the hotel brasserie. The food is reasonable but it fails to live up to the prices that they charge for it, and beware the side dishes, what you get is not a lot, for quite a lot!!
“Great customer service”
