Very clean rooms but decor was dated, breakfast staff were outstanding, parking spaces outside not under cover and not secure.

The breakfast was awesome However The bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable. The balcony was grubby. The room had a newish bathroom but the rest was average

Stayed 3 nights as had a funeral to attend in Belmont. Was a great location and easy to find. The room was perfectly adequate, and clean and comfortable, however getting close to needing some refurbishment. Staff were very friendly, and the coffee was great. As a solo traveler was also very safe, virtually parked outside your door. Only negative was you could hear the TV's in the adjoining rooms, must have thin walls.

Loved the updated rooms . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was outstanding. Thank you for cooking dinner at 830 after an accident prone drive up to Adamstown. Very much appreciated. .

This was a good, comfortable and convenient hotel. A lot of stairs though, so if you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues it’s probably not the hotel for you. No elevator, but comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. The staff were lovely as well.

The staff were fantastic and the food was lovely. The water in the shower took 5 minutes to warm up and there was mould in the bathroom. The walls were paper thin and you could hear your neighbours. My neighbours played loud music until 1am and because the front desk was closed at 9pm I couldn’t call a noise complaint.

This property needs a facelift. The staff were pleasant and polite, but the room was very basic and the bathroom was very old fashioned and had a badly cracked basin. It was clean but must have been older than me and I am a mum of a teenager and a ten year old.

I have stayed here many times, Room 233 is the best with a spa right by the window. This room is a privilege room however all the rooms are very spacious. Vanessa at reception was extra helpful throughout my stay over the 3 days and so was housekeeping. I got an early check in as requested and everything I asked for before I checked in. I also got a late check out. Although I didn't and haven't dined there, I like the restaurant/bar/deck area and there is a buffet breakfast which I would imagine would be great and you could get value for money. I have been told the bathrooms are all being renovated with no spas or a bath by the window that's a shame as it is a nice touch however i did get a glimpse of one of the new bathrooms which are very stylish and unique and something you might see in a Vogue Living magazine...something to look forward to during your rest and stay especially if your a girl. I do feel they should have some rooms with a bath as all hotels should!
