"Great Hotel! Great Staff!!"

"Restaurant on site, clean rooms, refrigerator, and bathroom product's that were nice. There was water in the room and fridge was cold already when we arrived. Were able to check in late since our flight arrived in Portland after midnight, and they accommodated a late check out. The early check in made getting to our room and getting to bed a breeze. Will stay here again when traveling to Portland!"

"Great location, hotel room and amenities are nice and convenient. My only complaint is the hotel seems understaffed.- we waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in (the lobby was empty and employee no where to be found), and 15 minutes to get a coffee served in the restaurant (we ended up canceling the order and leaving). "

"Great central location, beautiful historic lobby comfy rooms. The lobby level restaurant is excellent for breakfast or dinner. It’s called the Palm Court and opens seamlessly into the wood columned, high ceiling lobby with chandeliers. "
