Perfekte Lage

Posted 24-Mar-2015
Cons: Heizung (Zischen, Wasserdampf)
Location: Times Square

Posted 21-Mar-2015
Pros: Localização e staff amigável
Cons: TV melhor no quarto
Location: Para quem gosta de comidas diferentes, a localização é perfeita. Comida mexicana, tailandesa, paquistanesa, etc, por perto.
Hotel perto do Central Park, Lincoln Center e Times Square. Hotel e quarto muito limpos, staff (recepção, porteiros, arrumadeiras) bastante gentil e prestativo. Free Wi-Fi connection no quarto. Ralo do chuveiro drenava lentamente. Solicitei pra recepção e enviaram bombeiro no mesmo dia. O quarto é realmente pequeno, mas o hotel possui quartos maiores, para casais. Elevador lento, mas funciona bem. Se conseguir boas tarifas, eu voltaria a me hospedar nesse Hotel.

Small, But clean, street is busy

Posted 19-Mar-2015
Pros: location and clean
Cons: Coffee on first floor or option in bedroom, also, smaller chair to fit at desk with mirror and light for makeup. and a fan for winter when its too hot
Location: New Asain restaurant across the street, AWESOME, down the block Empanada mama, latin American, great empanadas
Good location, older hotel, so they control the temperature, no coffee at the reception area, lighting is not that great for makeup. Garbage picked up EVERY night so should be asleep or will be woken up

Lovely Boutique Hotel

Posted 14-Mar-2015
Pros: Everything! The fact it had an elevator for days when my legs were so sore from walking all over the city!
Cons: Not a thing!
Location: right near Times Square, the subway, 8th Avenue and shopping, restaurants, stores to buy snacks, fruit, drinks, so many pluses for the location.
What a fantastic hotel, my first time in New York City & a single traveller, I was made to feel very welcome from the minute I walked in to when I left. My windows faced into a courtyard and it was so quiet, you would never know you were in the big city! Staff were awesome, very helpful with everything, my room was too hot the 1st night and I mentioned it and it was remedied right away, the other 3 nights I stayed the temp. was excellent! You really have to pace yourself in NYC so it was great to go out early, come back mid afternoon, have a nap and head out again in the evening! I stayed 4 nights and was able to see everything I wanted to, it's such a centrally located hotel! Will definitely return here again! Thank you for everything!

A well-placed gem!

Posted 12-Mar-2015
Pros: The staff's professionalism; the terrific location; the price; the surprising comfort of the rooms.
Cons: As with many NYC hotels, it is showing its age a bit -- but overall, really terrific stay.
Location: Theater all around; good restaurant options; easy access to subway
The Washington Jefferson was an unexpected gem of a hotel. Upon check-in, the staff was gracious, warm and very friendly. The hotel couldn't be in a better location: a quick walk away from subway lines, good restaurants and of course theater nearby, but out of the noise and chaos of Times Square. My room, while "step-savingly" small, proved to be super comfortable with nice amenities.

Very convenient location!

If you want to be close to Time Square this is great! Close to all the theatres. Lots of fun restaurants close by, near Hell's Kitchen. Very clean, but old hotel. Our first night we stayed in a room overlooking the street. It was very noisy. We asked for another room and were given a much quieter and nicer room The staff was very accommodating. This hotel is very old but charming. If you want something fancy it's not for you! It is very clean, the bed was GREAT!!! My only complaint is that the rooms are very hot. We couldn't get the radiator to turn off, even after somebody from the staff turned it off. It remained hot the entire time we were there. We slept with the window open all night in the winter! It is also close to a subway station if you want to go anywhere else in the city. Many things are in walking distance! We had a great time and appreciated the friendly staff!.

Zentrales Hotel im Theater-District

Posted 09-Mar-2015
Location: Musicals, Shows, Times Square
