“Soho surprise”

Excellent location, boutique hotel

Area recommendations
Nice restaurants in Soho: Nobu's (expensive but delicious), Tamarind (excellent ambiance, good food, excellent service) and Bubby's for breakfast or brunch (best pancakes)

“Crazy white noise”

Hotel was a nice version of an Embassy Suites. That being said they tried to counter the noise that naturally traveled up the core with speakers outside and inside the door of each room. The speakers had a loud "white noise" blasting 24/7. Very annoying. Also, make sure your room is away from the elevator, the white noise does not counter the constant woosh.

“Bed too soft”

I was given a handicap freindly room without being asked or informed at check in time .I don't know if it was because I received a discount rate. The mattresses were very soft and my husband actually slept on the floor. I did ask for alternative but no solution was available.

“Great hotel in perfect Tribeca location”

Great service! That's all I kept noticing. From the moment we checked in, we received champagne at the front desk to the friendly staff who helped w/every question, lead to a great experience at the Tribeca Grand. The location is one of the best in NY. Close to great food and nightlife as well as a beautiful neighborhood to just walk around in. The rooms were actually decent sized as well. NYC rooms tend to be really small, and this room was a fairly decent size. I was very happy w/my stay and would go again.
