Great value for Time Square location

Posted 24-Dec-2014
Pros: Hotel staff was very helpful in telling us about the area. Bathroom and room are clean and spacious.
Location: Broadway, Time Square, sightseeing, shopping
The hotel is located right next to Time Square and Broadway, which gives our trip a lot of entertainment, dining, and shopping options. Room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. Free internet is never a bad thing. Continental breakfast in the lounge was included in the package. Did not get to use the gym, but it was also 24/7 open.

Best location.

Posted 22-Dec-2014
Pros: Location
Cons: No need for improvement
Location: Near all the major New York attractions
Great location seconds from Times Square, Rooms very quite considering the location. Free breakfast and evening reception with free food and wine made it extra special. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Good value, recently modernized, near Times Square

Posted 20-Dec-2014
Pros: As in "your experience" above.
Cons: Place the name and address on the window facing the street.
Location: Times Square, mid-town New York City. Need I say more?
It's a bit hard to see... the address 133 is not displayed. But it's there, in the middle of the block. In high priced NYC, this was generous good value. The room had marble, glass, and Kohler bathroom fixtures. I enjoyed the included breakfast, and an unusual benefit, free cheap wine, beer, and good appetizers at a 6 pm happy hour. I recommend the Premier, and will return.

Better than expected in Times Square

Posted 17-Dec-2014
Pros: clean, quiet, spacious room, lovely physical space
Cons: tiny maintenance detailing: small leak in faucet and tub faucet initially had iron (just hadn't been run daily to clear this).
Location: Right in Times Square, enough said.
No frills, but absolutely lovely. Room simply decorated, in great taste, very up to date, and very comfortable. Quite large for what I was expecting in Times Square. Neutral color palate. great New York photos. great soundproofing: I was on 15th floor and zero street noise, had room next to elevator and no hallway noise (though could hear minimal shaft noise only in the bathroom, good design! as none at all in guest room.) Very relaxing experience, in fact absolutely perfect for me, business traveler looking for quiet and some work time after busy day of work and social engagements. Free fast wifi, good desk space, good couch/TV space separate from this. Could also easily sleep a couple with one younger child on couch. That said: not fancy. Minimalist lobby, staffed with one or two front desk staff who were not very experienced (but very pleasant and helpful.) No doorman, not much bellman space so occasionally luggage in lobby. Once I saw wineglasses waiting overnight in hallway to be picked up. Hallways however clean and pleasant. I thought this hotel was an incredible value given size, decor, cleanliness and quietness of room.

Well situated hotel steps from Times Square.

Posted 14-Dec-2014
Pros: Very friendly, no airs and graces but people available if required. Location excellent and rooms well equipped and very comfortable.
Cons: No improvements necessary in our view.
Location: Steps away from Times Square so no need to comment further. Very good Italian restaurant across the street.
An easily missed Hotel but a quiet oasis when found. The staff were friendly for the most part and we enjoyed the breakfast and early evening wine and canaries after a day sightseeing and shopping. Would recommend this hotel as it is a little gem.

Great hotel for the price. Only issue was that the pillows were a bit stiff.

Good hotel, excellent value for money.

Posted 10-Dec-2014
Pros: It is half a block from Times Square. The staff were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable.
Cons: The daft little things, clean the carpet, check the light bulbs, wash the door down and increasing the seating on the Mezzanine,
Location: It's half a block from Times Square. Loads of restaurants, entertainment, is in the middle of everything.
We had 2 rooms booked, on arrival were told Expedia had called the night before to cancel one of the rooms. The receptionists could not have been more helpful. It was sorted out eventually and the room reinstated. The rooms were very well equipped, free safe, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and hair dryer in the rooms but then also clothes brush and an umbrella. Some thought had gone in to it. Comfy bed, well proportioned bathroom. On the downside it was silly little things coffee stains down the door into the connecting room, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb, some funny bright green stain on the carpet at the side of the bed. Breakfast - everything you could want from a continental breakfast but tight on seating and when the ran out of something it took a long time to replenish. Nothing to spoil your holiday but I'm just being honest.

Wonderful place to stay

Posted 08-Dec-2014
Pros: The room was spacious for a NYC hotel; The complimentary breakfast (cereals & pastries) was nice
Cons: The staff was friendly/helpful, with the exception of a couple of the women at the front desk who seemed distrated & almost rude.
Location: It was conveniently located-- only a block and a half to Times Square and all of the Theaters!
Very nice hotel for a weekend stay with my husband; we will definitely stay here again.
