Great hotel, right next to Times Square. Posted 16-Sep-2014
Monique, our concierge most days, was terrific. She was helpful in assisting us in getting around and helped us to sort through the many sight seeing buses that are in the downtown area. The hotel was extremely quiet and we felt like we were the only guests on our floor. Patrick, our bellman on most days, was extremely friendly and always made a point of saying hi to us. The room had a great view. For New York, the room was nice in size and included a couch. We asked for a refrigerator which they provided for free and there was enough room to have it in our space. The room included an ipod or ipad docking alarm clock. We had an ipad along with us and used it to listen to music in the mornings. The bathroom was a nice size, plenty of counter space, and included both a soaking tub and a shower. We would definitely stay there again and we have told our friends about it.
