“Once in a lifetime experience”

A stay at the Plaza can now be checked off my "things to do before I die" list. It was a wonderful treat indeed, a splendid surprise by my husband when our hotel could not accommodate us for another night in Manhattan, the day before St. Patrick's Day. My husband joked that I might be disappointed that Robert Redford would not be waiting for me however I am happy to report that a luxurious room and impeccable service certainly was. We thoroughly enjoyed our ride to the theater in the complimentary Phantom Rolls Royce as well! Prices and tipping are astronomical but what a wonderful once in a lifetime experience!

Hotel rooms are in excellent condition, service is first-class. Only missing was temporary fitness and few not finished areas, which is understandable, since hotel is undergoing 450M renovation

A fantastically located hotel, with excellent service. Staff very helpful and friendly, room beautiful. Excellent restaurants especially the Oak Room where had outstanding meal. Highly recommend the Plaza. Would definitely return.

Nice rooms with all the amenities. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The Plaza hotel is in a prime location for theater, dining, tours and walks in the park. Highly recommend.

I was only in New York for one day but I was very impressed with this hotel. I make several short visits a month to the City. The Hotel I normally stay at was booked but I was very pleased with The Plaza. I found a new favorite hotel!

Truly a fantastic experience. The staff treats you like royalty. I had always wanted to stay at The Plaza and decided to surprise my wife with this reservation. Great location for most any traveler. All the stores on 5th Ave are near, Central Park across the street, and Time Square is a short walk also. I tip my hat to the entire staff. We loved our stay and will return soon.

staying at The Plaza it's an extended NYC experience! A "Must have" at least once in a life! Realy enjoyed. The hotel is all brand new and reestiled!
