“Excellent Hotel”
Although we arrived around 12n, the staff saw to it that we were able to check in early. We had booked a deluxe queen room, and the room was immaculate and well appointed. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom, which had a seperate bath and large shower stall, and even a flat screen TV beside the mirror! The toiletry items were also very nice, and there were two robes and a safe in the spacious closet. The location was ideal for in terms of attending Broadway shows. It was also nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast offered, which was very nice. The buffet included fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, in addtiion to several toast/bagel/pastry items. We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking an oasis in the Broadway area.
“Wonderful”
Great location. Wonderful staff. Am returning to NYC in May and hope tom stay at the Pearl again.
“Excellent hotel and location”
The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of all the broadway theaters and times square. Having the breakfast included is a major cost saver for families . To our surprise when we arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning our room was ready for us eventhough we were there well before checkin. We had the deluxe queen room and we could not have been happier, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and well equipped. The only complaint I would have and it is not that important was there was not a good makeup mirror . The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The hotel was also very quiet, with no street noise in our sixth floor room at all. We have never been to NYC prior to this visit but would definitely return and stay at the Pearl again.
“Good hotel”
Small, but very nice hotel close to all of the Times Square hubbub. Staff is quite friendly and the food at the connecting E&E Grill was superb. I will definitely stay here again. - Just watch the doormen dealing with cabs to the airport. They wil try to get you to take a $45 fixed rate to La Guardia when the actual fare is under $30. They will extort $2 from the cabbie if you turn this down.
“Excellent stay near Broadway”
We had an excellent stay. Staff was helpful in every encounter. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.
“Pearl Hotel”
This is a lovely modern and very comfortable boutique hotel. My wife and I had a lovely 4 day stay. The location makes for easy access to Broadway and all transport facilities. The staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a great experience.
“A true Pearl in the heart of the theatre district”
We chose The Pearl based on the location and the great ratings. Neither disappointed. Although just steps from Times Square and the theatre district, our room was extremely quiet. The location was also just a few blocks from two subway stations. The Pearl provided an ample breakfast of bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice made made it easy to get out the door quickly in the morning. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and free wi-fi. All of our encounters with the staff were friendly and professional. The concierge assisted us with Broadway tickets and made recommendations for restaurants. I am delighted with our choice of The Pearl and look forward to staying there on our next visit.
“Great Location”
Fantastic location for sightseeing in Manhattan. Most things within walking distance or the subway is just 1 block away. Hotel was very clean and well decorated and the Deluxe Queen suite was a perfect size for us as a family of 5 (not always easy to find).
“Great place to stay”
Great location if you want Broadway's shows proximity. Very quite, modern and cosy.
“Perfect in every way!”
We spent a long weekend in NYC to hit the touristy sites and see Book of Mormon. The Pearl is perfectly located - directly across the street from the Eugene O'Neill theater, two blocks from Times Square, a short walk to Central Park and close to the subway so you can easily ride anywhere in the city. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. My husband has been on a several month long search for a particular rum and they helped us find a liquor store inthe East Village that had it in stock. The hotel was clean and the rooms are cool and modern. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!!!
