“Anniversary celebrated in style”

We stayed in this hotel the week before Christmas to celebrate our annivesary. We had a Cathedral room on the 35th floor with a terrific view of St Patricks Cathedral and the Rockefeller building. Our room was very spacious with a wonderful comfy bed. The hotel service was excellent. The hotel was very well decorated for Christmas and the courtyard was very picturesque. We had a surprise on the first night, when a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room courtesy of the hotel to celebrate our ocassion. The location is very convenient to all the sites and shops. Being English, not having tea or coffee facilities in the room was a minor irritation especially the price you pay for a five star hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, they made our stay in New York very special.

“Superb hotel”

We have only high praise for this hotel. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Its location is stunning - just five mins walk from the Rockerfeller Centre. And you simply have to be there at Christmas. The hotel decorations are fabulous, especially the Christmas tree in the courtyard. We would not dream of staying anywhere else in New York.

“Stunning”

This is a stunningly beautiful hotel at this time of year. We thoroughty enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and willing to help. There were delightful little touches such as a gingerbread house and a Christmas fairy handing out star-shaped cookies to all passing children.

“Fabulous Hotel in Perfect Location for visiting Manhattan”

The New York Palace offered superb service in a beautiful hotel. Great service - Concierge had their finger on the pulse with great assistance including money saving advice for things like getting to the airport and tourist venues. We found we were in walking distance of all the great tourist locations and/or the places for such services such as catching the subway or tour buses. Highly recommend.

“fantastic hotel”

First time in new york and couldn't of asked for a better hotel. Fantastic hotel with great size rooms and with great view of st patricks cathedral. Would definetly stay here again.

5th avenue is a must for shoppers and times square should be seen at night to fully appreciate those neon lights. Central park on a horse and carriage is really good but quite expensive. If staying midtown using the tube to get to battery park(statue of liberty) is best option.

“Wyo mom”

We were very pleased with all this hotel had to offer, great service, friendly hotel staff, fabulous location , nice bar and restaurants , comfortable bedding and I loved the earth friendly electronics in our room. I would definitely come back.
