Terrific location near nexus of very different neighborhoods of Tribeca, Chinatown,SoHo, and Little Italy. Very accommodating staff at front-end and in the hotel resto.

Thin walls / very noisy. We had to switch rooms because the family next door would get up at 3am for the day and was very very loud. If you have to switch rooms, you have to check out of your room and wait until 3pm for another room to open up. Not cool being that we were the ones being inconvenienced. Not blaming the staff as this is their policy. It is terribly loud though especially if you have a door connecting to another room. If you are a deep sleeper or don’t mind the noose, you’re good! I liked most everything else about this hotel though.

We had to ask several times for toilet paper, and extra towels. To other times, we called for them to bring something to our room. They brought the wrong item. It’s a clean property, the staff was nice and professional, but whoever is in charge of Getting items to the clients that are staying there, needs a lot of help

Pleasant stay, but need little improvement on clothes closet, as there not enough space for 2 people to share. Overall, is good for us to sleep over night. Then place is convenient to walk here and there, and also metro so close by. Friendly staff with a big smile is good for me. Thanks team.

I liked the overall location that it was close to Soho and Chinatown. I was disappointed in the lack of amenities and did not think this was a 4 star hotel as advertised but the room rate was very reasonable. The bed in room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

Very reasonably priced for the area and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free breakfast as well; and not just the typical nasty free buffet. I was also able to check in at 11:30 am even though check in isn’t until 3:00. All the staff were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Lovely unobstructed city view from our window. Great cheap deli right next door. I would definitely go to th Sheraton Tribeca again!

Honestly, the pictures don’t represent the property. This place is dirty noisy terrible location on Canal and i didn’t like it so much I left a day early. Not worth the price go somewhere else!

Most of the staff around the lobby are exceptionally helpful, efficient, friendly. The smallest smile and kind word makes such a difference. Some staff are real stars. Those who are not exceptional are still good.

Outside of the property is typical for New York, but once you step inside the lobby it's great. We were warmly welcomed around 1 am by Nelson at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. Rooms were tidy and spacious for New York. We were greeted by staff every time we walked through the lobby. Complimentary water and a small fridge in our room were very nice to have. It's located near several subway stops, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square but easily able to get there when we wanted to. We will definitely stay here again when we return. This was the best hotel we have stayed in while in the city.

The hotel is located in a central area with access to transportation near by. The staff was kind and helpful. Our room had low water pressure and the temperature of the water was warm.
